This has been by far the worst UHaul experience I’ve ever encountered in the future I will find another moving service! The advertised fees vs. what becomes billed are completely a rip off it’s completely unbelievable!!

Get some better trucks

The gas was not on a quarter of tank, there was only 33 miles left before it hits E and after filling it up more then what I started with I was still charged for gas and other fees. Overall this was a horrible experience at a time where I paid hard earned money to a company that is supposed to make this process easier for its customers in their need for your particular service.

The truck need a new shocks. It was bouncing around like crazy after only 47,000 miles of use.

You need make sure truck are in well running good condition. The employee do there job on checking truck to make sure everything works and gas in truck. You could make checking out want be so long.
