Both pick up and drop off were closed. Was not told. Made things difficult. Also, I was told my drop off would be in Aberdeen, WA when I made reservation. But because the pick up location was closed, had to do everything on my phone, and the drop off Aberdeen was not an option when picking up all online. Aberdeen was negotiated. Then when I spoke with uhaul support about this, they said in their system said Aberdeen and that I will get contacted about being able to drop I off in Aberdeen. I never did. I was forced to drop off in hoquaim because it gave be no other choice.

Max JSultan location charged my card for extra days after I dropped off. Unable to contact anyone at that location from central Uhaul customer service was able to resolve for me. Jessica the the Lynnwood, WA location was very helpful in getting my drop off location changed from Lynnwood to Sultan, WA which was very close to where I was staying so much easier after a long drive

Debra TDuring reservations o clearly declined the insurance and at the location the did all check in on their mobile app adding the insurance which they didn't tell me and no receipt was provided until after drop off and now I'm stuck with an insurance charge I clearly didn't want. This is unacceptable. Will not use uhaul again.

Scott AConsidering we had to go to Sultan WA from Everett WA to pick up the 15" truck I had reserved, and had called at 9:45 to confirm our 10:30 pick up time in Everett WA, which was confirmed, yeah, it was great. The personnel at Everett were ok, and the online help I got was exceptional, without that, we would have been up the proverbial creek. At least it didn't rain until we were almost done.

John BThe rental location is a nasty dwelling. Someone’s dwelling with junk cars, run down house and no sign for business. GPS wouldn’t recognize my location. Took 45 minutes of on the phone with U-Haul and walking around property for the mobile app to finally work. Drop off would not work on the mobile site. Worst experience I’ve had with U-Haul.
Ken BWorst experience ever. Because of the location you can’t get the Wi-Fi to work to find your location in order for you to get on the website to get the access information. The vehicle I rented had a lock on the back of the truck and because it needs to have WD-40 on it it was stuck it took me two hours to open the lock I had three other people try to help and then I had a fourth person who tried it and he finally got it open after 15 minutes. Absolute waste of two hours of my day when I could’ve been packing and moving.
Crystal MWent to take the truck back a couple of times not open, closed at 1 pm, not very customer friendly. Had to leave the keys in the box. Then get a surprise charge from them after we were told we could have for 6 days free, they charge us $280.00 NOT HAPPY!

Then when talking with transportation folks they were to bad about the location changes why did you expect the day before labor day weekend. I made the reservation in July and was criticized that it was last minute. I had to point out to the person on the phone that the reservation was made about 60 days prior.....not cool
Stephen UThe online 24/7 pickup check in needs to be very streamlined and the requirements should be communicated much more thoroughly when you reserve the truck and finally, it needs to actually work as advertised. I spent an hour and a half with 3 different Uhaul reps to process the check out and when I finally did get the code =to get the key it didn't work. By that time, the location manager showed up and just used his key to unlock the box. The requirements of uploading pictures and alternate contact or other verification method etc. were not communicated clearly when I selected the pickup 24/7 option so they were a surprise and a hassle for me. The website on the phone didn't work right.

The person that runs that location called on the next day after to set up a time to come back on that Monday to pick up are deposite and never showed, so I called you Chris to see if he was on his way. He informed me that he was in Monroe taking care of some business and tells me things come up , and he had three other businesses to run and that he would get ahold of us at some point so we could pick up are deposite. I tryed to ask him if it was going to be sometime this week, but he had hung up on me. I CAN TELL YOU THE ONLY REASON I'M STILL GOING TO USE U-HAUL IN THE FUTURE IS BECAUSE OF THE CUSTOMER SERVICE EXPERIENCE WE GOT AT THE STORE WHERE WE PICKED UP THE TRUCK. I WILL NOT EVER RETURN A TRUCK TO THAT STORE EVER AGAIN.... Seam to me he's not got enough time to run that location or have CUSTOMER SERVICE SKILLS TO TAKE CARE OF CUSTOMERS THAT GO TO THIS LOCATION. For me, I just got a BIG BLACK EYE aswell as YOUR COMPANY DID. So how would I totally rate the CUSTOMER SERVICE at this store. From 1-10 one being so BAD CUSTOMER'S NOT COMING BACK TO Ten being A GREAT PLACE. I'M DEFINITELY GONNA PICK ONE...... THANK YOU FOR YOUR TIME.....

Rodney MI am completely disappointed in this entire day. I reserved a trailer in Lynwood and was told I had to drive to sultan 45+ minutes away to pick up my trailer. I asked for options and was told to go to sultan of i wanted to move. Then I was told to drop it off in Tacoma on 6th avenue. It was closed at 4:05pm on a Saturday. I had to take it to another place and they weren't going to take it butt finally made an exception. Your customer service - especially at the Lynnwood location was atrocious. I will try to rate this on yelp and anywhere else I can because the jerk at Lynnwood I interacted with was rude

agatha bI'm absolutely appuled by how I've been treated!I've rented from U Haul all my life at least 8 times never a problem in till this last weekend!You guys have made my whole week stressful unethical behavior!!And I still have not received my $50 back wich was promised to me to be refunded with in 3 days!That was 5 days ago !!I've called 4 times once on hold for 45 min then it disconnected!I expect I phone call immediately with a appoligies and my funds returned as promised !This was offered as I was not going to continue with your services after the first 2 false agreements !Apon this offer I paid and went forward only to run into yep you got it another problem with you guys!!!Extremely Extremely DISSAPOINTED!!
erica oIf a customer reserves a piece of equipment at a certain location and time, there is probably a good reason for it. The fact that this is only a "preference" when making the reservation should not be in fine print. It should be in great big, bold, underlined, highlighted, italicized text so people like me know that they might have change plans last minute in the likely event U-Haul isn't able to deliver.

Cyd DI received the confimation email 24 hours prior as expected. . . and then at 3:00 p.m. - less than 20 hours before our pickup - you had the guy at Sultan call us!!! We had to change our pick up time AND our mileage because YOU didn't have the truck in the right place! We literally had to change our packing schedule because someone had to drive my husband 15 minutes out AND 15 minutes back at an earlier time because the office was going to close!
