Renee NI was offered a promotion and wasn't given it. I had called the place I rented from asked if I could drop the trailer off at a different location for a discount and she said "it's fine just take it to where you originally wanted to." Which gave me no discount and I felt like I just got the brush off. Very disappointed. And I wasn't given my furniture or appliance dolly.

Josh LWe arrived with the trailer. One employee was watching YouTube videos on his computer while my husband parked and unhooked the trailer. The woman was helpful, but the other employee (male) had no interest in helping or working. I guess this is how trailers with bad tires get put on the road.

Sara GI arrived at approx. 8:45 AM to pick up a 9:00 AM rental, the office was locked but thee was some in in the building. So I knocked again and still no one answered. I walked around the building to see if there was another entrance, which I couldn't see. I returned to the front and knocked louder and finally someone came to the door and yelled at me to stop knocking, they weren't open and did not open until 9 AM. I told him that I was just a few moments early and figured I could get the paperwork done. There was not a sign indicating their hours. Then he told me that my knocking was "pissing him off" and I should go some were else to rent the truck. If I hadn't been dropped off there I surely would have, but at U Haul. Then a woman arrived and took care of my paperwork. However, as you can see, I requested a 4 wheel dolly, pads and an appliance dolly. She told they did not have any 4 wheeled dollies and only 1 pad. Additionally, she said the appliance dolly was filthy as her sons or sons used it over the weekend and did not clean it up. The interior of the truck was okay, the exterior was not. Particularly the front windshield. Mechanically, it was an automatic but when it shifted the truck would lurch. fortunately, we had secured our furniture. Overall this rental was very far from what I was expecting!

Eugene MOne thing that surprised me was that the mileage charge has drastically increased. I paid 1.09/mile, which seems excessive. I think the last time I rented from uhaul last year, I paid .39 a mile. Next time I rent, I’ll definitely be price shopping with other companies.

Barbra HMoving by yourself with a dog is a quite a multitask Sterling was so kind and understanding. I was able to make multiple trips and leave my car while doing so, making the process a bit less stressful. I would recommend Flatline to friends and family.

Terry PStaff performed detailed inventory/ inspection, took photos, asked questions regarding truck's performance, any engine, electrical, warning light issues, etc. Staff assisted in arranging transportation for me to my residence via a non- Uhaul personal vehicle driven by a non- Uhaul employee. Very much appreciated. I would use this location again!
