This was a mobile pickup, but there was extreme low cell service at this site, ranging from zero to one bar. I have t mobile. It took about ten minutes and several tries before i could upload a picture to start the check-in. I called uhaul to see if it could be changed to an in person pickup due to the issue, but there wasn't anyone in site to handle that, so we just kept working on the mobile check-in. It took a good amount of time, but it finally worked. I recommend not allowing a mobile check-in at the site, or at least having a note about the lack of service in that area.

Roadside assistance said the shift had to be slammed into park. Had I known this, it would have saved me several hours wait time. But the Nearest people were very accommodating.

Daniel OI found out 1 day before my pickup date that the trailer I was renting was out of service for repairs. I received no prior warning even after I had completed the online reservation confirmation process 2 days prior to my pickup date. Then I had to wait 1-1/2 hrs. at the new pickup location for someone that could complete my reservation so I could hook up the trailer and leave.
Michael TRetrofit the enclosed 6' x 12' trailer with winch/crank stand for easier hitching and removal from the hitch ball. The trailer is quite heavy for older people to maneuver the trailer if necessary.

Kellen WThis truck is wore out. I wish UHaul would upgrade to a better interior with sound deadening, very loud for extended driving. Cruise control would also be a great feature.

Daniel STow dolly was not in a rentable condition. Strap wouldn’t stay tight. I was left stranded for 3 hours into a 12 hundred mile trip until a trucker helped me. I had to call uhaul 3 times and was hung up on twice while trying to get help. I make long haul moves every 12-24 months and until now have only used Penske. Won’t ever use uhaul again.
Logan AMy only complaint is that the truck smelled like an ashtray and there was an ashtray up under the driver seat i seen it when chevking that i had everything out when returning the truck. Also for some reason it would not allow me to do self return with the online thingy i was sent said location unavailable so i dont feel that i should be charged a 20.00 convenients fee for the return since it wouldnt allow me to do it online. Everything was great equipment wise other than what has been mentioned i think .99 cents a mile is a little excessive if wete paying for the gas and rental and insurance that i was told i could not opt out of even though i have and had proof of full coverage insurance on any vehicles i drive.
Vicki PAL Hitchcock was very accommodating and it was very evident that he wanted to deliver excellent customer service. This was my first experience renting a U-Haul truck so I had a lot of questions for AL but he was very patient with me and took the time to explain how everything would work.

Miles DTrailer was ready and clean. Drop off took 1 minute. Pick up was delayed 5 minutes due to slowness of U-Haul website response. Glad I reserved on line ahead of time or it might have been longer.

Kevin KAl is the best. Helps and assists with hook up and makes sure all lights work and the hook up is secure. I would certainly Recommend this U Haul location.

Eric HI was sent to a place that was 10milrs out of my way and then I got charged 21.00 dollars for gas that I had put in already.
Melissa oHave the same size truck that was reserved ready and at the place where truck was reserved. I spent 1 and a half hours to go pick up a truck that should have been 10 minutes away. Plus all the gas used to go get truck. Plus all the extra gas used because it was a larger truck than i needed.
