Facility is secure, clean and well-lit. Climate controls are operational and temperature/humidity is reasonable. Lighting is sufficient for accessing storage units. Would recommend to friends and family for secure, climate-controlled storage.

Very friendly staff and the facility was always well maintained. Never saw any rodents or insects which is a big plus, my entire house furnishings were there, after 2 years, no mold and absolutely no bugs or insects!

Got a call back at end of day but then was never told which unit, how to pay, or any info on getting a unit as i was told to expect a text with that information but never got it.
