Absolutely horrible!! My second rental with U-Haul within 72 hours and both this location, and the one on 50 were absolutely horrible from the lack of initiative, or understanding from their staff, the incessant calls to customer service. I had to make to have issues resolved, this has been by far the worst 72 hours. I can without it out say I would never recommend this location to anybody if you need to drive further out of your way, go ahead and do that, so you avoid the lack of propriety from their staff.

Anny CAfter pulling the truck into the parking area and getting out, the lady asked us to back it into a tight spot. We did but aren't sure why we were asked to do that when 2 employees were standing there. If we had hit something, would we be responsible? We should have declined.

Hung nHave clear and concise instruction beforehand about where to drop off not have it have the original pick up location as drop off as well and driving unnecessarily back and forth putting more miles and then charge us for the mileage it’s ridiculous because the drop off was changed once arrived to the original place huge inconvenience to us and unnecessary money wasted had to take an Uber at 1 am to get back to our vehicle
Noruwa II was charged $35 for fuel after on driving 25 miles round trip and I added fuel to replace what I used. My issue is who do you contact when you have this problem.

Vicki ZI reported this experience and was told I have a $40 coupon credit. Because at scheduled and paid in advance for a truck and equipment made calls to confirm and did not rcv truck ordered and did not have lift that i already paid for. Was traveling out of state and person was not there had to wait and still did not have what I paid for. Due to having a bigger truck than budgeted ended up paying more in gas and movers had a difficult time moving. I would like to use my coupon for my next move

Howard LThe process on the phone is not easy. It kept giving me an unsecured message (WiFi was off) and I would get kicked out and not able to go back. I couldn’t finish sending pics of the truck damage without X stickers. You should send someone to check the truck after each customer as the tire light was on before we left. The person who called and verified me was not at all friendly to my friend. If you have a no contact process I would at least have the person calling to verify the driver be more friendly and not just hang up. I will avoid this way of renting a truck again and just find an in person location to avoid all of the issues.
Judith FThey told me I wouldn’t get charged extra if we didn’t return Friday because in their words they were closed and after that I got charged and when I called to ask they hung up on me and would not answer, had to call customer service and after waiting 45 mins and they couldn’t help. Definitely wouldn’t recommend

annie dI think this is a great way to rent a vehicle, especially on short notice and just for a few hours. My only complaint was since it was my first time doing it it took me twenty minutes to check in, so I lost that amount of time off of my allotted time and ended up rushing at the end and didn’t have time to fill the gas tank. Other than that the experience was great!

Was shown the vehicle and he explained the possibility of making sure that you can lock the vehicle with the key in the ignition and that would require a pop n lock to come and unlock the door. We both went over the vehicle and verified mileage. Very friendly and helpful person. Would def use them again !!!

So I rent the truck and I had to pay like the first rent. And I put more gas that supposed to and no credit or something. Other thing was perfect.

Christopher JI was advised at the time of pick there would be a 100 dollar deposit because I used a prepaid Visa. When I Got my deposit back it was NOT the full amount there was a EZ Fuel deduction in the amount of 23.38. I have photos of the mileage and gas when I picked up the truck and when I dropped it off. Ot was more than 3/4 of a tank. This would be the second time I have rented with Uhaul and you guys have lied about the gas. I will NOT be renting from you guys again this is ridiculous.

Jack WWhen plugging in the address, taken straight from the website, to my GPS it did not take me to the correct location. It took me to an open field 2 miles away. However, when I called the man I spoke to was very helpful in finding the correct place.
