I needed a storage unit fast and they accommodated me in a perfect timing and perfect unit. I will most definitely use them again if I need a unit in the future and Kristin who I dealt with was very helpful and very courteous to my needs also very pleasant when we interacted thank Kristin and Affordable mini storage!!!

I called to reserve A8 by 10. They didn't have one. She had a 10 by 15 and she rented. Me, that 1 at the price of an 8 by 10. Which I thought was great. Deal You want a great service go to this facility three rivers texas

Your staff has been very professional during my tenure. I considered moving to a different storage facility last year, but didn’t. With your recent monthly fee increase of 33.33%, which meant moving would save $480 per year, you made my decision easy!

Krystin was the most helpful and professional storage manager I have dealt with. She understood and advised me on payment issues from an unexpected emergency and gave me a very generous plan to get on track. And because of Southern Star Storage and Krysten. My family's belongings are safe. Thank you greatly, Larry Williford

The only problem I had with Kristin was she was always so busy to take my payment over the phone it was always I'll call u tomorrow and tomorrow never comes and then she puts all these late fees which are not my fault but wen I moved out she wouldn't let me get the rest of my things and was quick to charge my card for the clean up that same day.
