William YThe manager had no place to park my trailer, but was able to make room by moving other trailers around. When I made my reservations , this was the only place that was an option to return in the city even though I know there’s many other locations. Not sure why U-Haul corporate would overwhelmed this location with trailers and vehicles. Corporate look into managing it better.

Frank AI arrived to drop off the trailer at this location on Sunday morning at 11:15. They closed at 11:00, so nobody was there. I left and came back later and left the trailer and put my paperwork in the drop box. Never saw anyone, so I hope everything is ok.

jacarri rThe location was in a very old building, but everything was reasonably neat and orderly. The individual quickly help me I dropped off the trailer, got my paperwork and was gone in less than five minutes. Everything worked out nicely.
Leroy KWalking in the establishment was dark. No light were on and the staff present were just sitting. No professional greeting at All. Once I scanned the room and saw the man sitting being the desk, he just looked at me. His tone and demeanor was as if he didn’t want to be at work.. I hooked up my rental trailer and Was told to come to the front for the connections to be checked before pulling off.. no uhaul staff ever came outside. I waited about 10mins..before just leaving to do what I had to do, being as though I was on a strict time crunch. customer service doesn’t seem to be a priority at this location.

dazaray kThe guys working this past Saturday couldn't have been any more helpful and easy to work with especially given it was a last minute reservation. I would recommend changing the name of the listing from "Bastard Inkk" to "Monarch Auto Sales" since the later is on the sign.

WILLIAM BThis where you want to rent your U-Haul because it’s all about the customer here. They get it and they are with you through the entire rental process. Can’t say enough about this location. They got trailers, trucks, and RV’s. While in office listened as they helped a camper get electricity running in the camper. Five stars here.
