Everything was great but I just needed to drop off my motorcycle at the shop about 10 miles away.. it was 33 miles to empty when I picked it up and 19 to empty when I dropped it off, I should’ve just put $5 in the tank but needed to head to work and was charged $22 (essentially a half tank worth) for gas which was a little much but everything else was great!!

Kyle JonesThe location was great. The fact that your company did not live up to it's agreement with me by getting a truck delivered for my use at the location I chose to start with made me drive out of my way to the second location. The people at the first location were rude and not helpful at all.
William RonesWe had to go to 2 locations to pick up truck and tow dolly. The location for the tow dolly told us to drag it up from a ditch as he did not have time to help us. He did not advise as to how to secure the car to the dolly, but did eventually come out and take pictures of how I had it secured. Overall poor experience, as I had never towed a vehicle before and expected that the U-Haul location would help me.

dan cobbsEmployee was a bit high-strung. I arrived at 2:30 for my 3:00 appointment and she acted as if she were clearly put out because of it. Then checkin was a nightmare with so many hoops to jump through. I believe the root cause may have been nerves (she did state she had not processed a rental before and would need to call her boss) but we as the customers should not feel heavy stress from an employee. Perhaps some thorough training would help her be more at ease for the next transaction, and would then in turn provide much better service for your customers.
Elliott FitzgeraldPlease recognize the stellar service from this location. When I showed up my entire order was goofed up from my time online and speaking to costumer service reps the days leading up to the rental. The folks on site basically said "we got it" and spent the next 30 minutes fixing corporate uhauls mistakes. They were great. Uhaul was not. If I ever use uhaul again it'll strictly be because of their service.
Sean FinnerBlankets were missing from the truck or not available. I ordered a truck from Santa Rosa Beach, FL and had to drive 45 minutes each way to pick a truck up in another location, not where I ordered a truck from.

amy gastonThe truck cargo area was filthy, it had dirt, debris, broken glass, etc. I also had to go request the equipment (dolly, pads) I'd paid for and the person responsible didn't realize they were rented in sets of 12. The responsible person was polite and helpful though.
william saxonI received a $42 additional charge in my bank account. I believe it was supposed to be a credit for bringing it back with a quarter tank. Please fix this issue soon.

Bruce PekarskiThere was no dolly and packaging in truck Their response was there were no dolly at any store near by so I had to purchase my own dolly ...the people in charge of uhaul did not take this issue seriously and I did not get a discount or credit from no dolly
Darren LucasMy husband and I had some trouble getting the lockbox unlocked (eventually did). Otherwise, the whole process was very easy and convenient. It would be nice if we could extend our time on the Uhaul website as well. For example, if it was due back at 5pm and we needed a couple of extra hours, it would be great if we could go on the website and extend our reservation a bit.
