Carmine FerroneTruck share app has glitches and delays the time for approval, my rental was for 9 am and didn’t get truck until 10 am. A times the app keeps going back to previous screens when I am doing the right process, upon returning truck I did payment process but upon taking photo of truck condition, the app kept on restarting taking pictures process. I called in and was told to take photos and respond to person email which I did. I am still awaiting that response to my email that they received the pictures. Apart from the delay and lack of proper communication. I still think this is a fairly great system and great full I was able to rent truck to do my move

Samuel JohnsonIt would help to put stickers on certain areas that are required for return inspection purposes. It took me quite some time to figure out which area needed to take pictures for review. Have a numbered label with an arrow indicating which way the camera is pointing.

Srikanth TuppeliDon't advertise and then facilitate an ability to pick up a truck and leave a truck at a location when this is not a service that you offer. Honor original reservations made. Make sure rented truck is filled with rented equipment, as opposed to being empty. Do not charge $100 for missing rental equipment that you did not provide. Moving days are stressful. You made the experience worse. I'm very disappointed.

Jeff de WaalIt took us 20 min to open the lock it was stuck and the car was frozen, we had to break the ice for 40 min. Then we found out the wiper is not working and then the dolly that we had ordered was not inside the truck . The worst experience we have had so far with u-haul.
Serjik Gharapet-DikalehI opted for an in person pick up which would’ve been easier for me . When I went to pickup , to my surprise I was advised to complete the mobile pickup proccess , I had to call uhaul and be walked through and it ended up taking 40 mins till I left the lot , I was completing the proccess in the cold and rain which was very unpleasant . Windshield washer fluid was empty which was very inconvenient during the rain drizzle . Tires were slippery . Overall , not a good pickup experience . If in person wasn’t available , not sure why they offered in the first place .

Only the intervention and help of the owner of TT Auto Beauty, Harrison, saved the day. U-haul needs to have an complete overhaul of its system for the handling of the mobile pick-up.
