It was a parking lot, I called and lady was nice, said just leave the trailers where other U Haul trailers were, all great!

Joseph GTruck smelled like cigarettes,had dirt in cargo area. I was called day before my pickup and asked to pickup in Stuart instead of Psl and return it to Psl. I was credited those miles, just a pain getting a ride to get my car after I was asked to drop truck in Psl. Psl is a remote location, that’s ok for drop off but not for pickup
Chris KNot happy about this. The mileage on this truck is mostly because I had to pick it up in PSL when I was suppose to pick it up in fort pierce and the extra mileage was due to U-Haul’s mistake. It’s not fair that I paid this much because of U-Haul’s mistake
Rose TThe location is just a parking lot. It’s all on the customer RO check and perform everything. There is no advisement of this in the pick up location. Uhaul changed my pick up location 2 times the day of the pickup and sent me to anther city for it. I passed 4 other locations closer that had the truck I requested. No help from customer service.

Kristine BI booked a truck for 4pm, I went to the location and they told me they do not have my truck. They then told me they text me as my phone went off after 4:20, after I drove all the way to the location I set up my reservation with. All agents were inconsiderate and nasty. They then could not even direct me to the location of my truck, I was then sent to a address and told that there would be somebody at the location like their store to set up and get the truck in a timely manner which did not happen. They sent me to a halfway house and there was no location and then there was a dropbox over 500 ft away from the address I was sent to...and then I was forced to set up online. A agent unprofessionally hung up on me and I had to start all over. I had to call back & then upload all of my information in the pouring rain. By that time it was almost 2hrs later and the rain started and messed up my entire moving timeline. I didn't even get into my truck until two hours later & I was paying my movers by the hour who were forced to wait almost two hours for uhaul to get my truck tg and get me into it.
gina aThis location is not manned. Someone like me who is computer and phone challenged made this a more difficult pickup, however it worked out in the end. All's well that ends well.

Duber BI’m disabled and I received no assistance in hooking up a very large trailer. The trailer was filthy with what appeared to be brake fluid making it impossible to stay clean when using. Horrible experience

Taylor SSince it is an off-site, remote location, there isn't much to do. The spot is not 'secure' but my car wasn't broken into or stolen overnight. It doesn't hurt that there's a gas station across the road!
