Andrew HCould have used a shot of lubricant or penetrating oil on the ratchets and spring loaded ramp latch pins. I've had this same problem with all of my previous dolly rentals so it seems to be a common problem and should be a part of a PM.

bob sWe booked a truck for Sat Sept 30/23, then 2 days before our pick up date my husband called to make sure everything was good and some how Uhaul on there end double book us and then they said to call back on Friday Sept29/23, which my husband did. No one could find us a truck for that day. So in the end we where without a truck for Sat Sept 30/23 and all the arrangements we made for people to help us went to shit because we had NO truck. Very disappointed in uhaul! Uhaul needs to be better with there customers! They never even offered us a discount or anything for all the inconvience they caused us. And for the record the place we were suppose to pick up the truck from had nothing at all to do with this mix up because they couldn't even see it on there computer system because Uhaul had done this crap on there end!!!

Mathew EThis is the best, and friendliest, franchised location I've ever had the pleasure of using. If it wasn't for extra KMs I'd use A1 All Vehicle Detail to pick up all my UHaul needs. He helped us understand the gas gauge. (Even though it still came back full LOL). UHaul, you should use this gentleman to teach all your offices how to treat a customer. Never once did he make me feel like I didn't exist, or had no right to breathe, the very way I feel at any of the "Big Boy" offices. It was just so nice having the "Old School" customer service again. Thank you, A1 All Vehicle Detail, for knowing how to treat your customers...All of your customers!!! The pleasure was all mine!!!

GARY SBest rental agent I’ve had yet! Courteous, friendly, knowledgeable and straight to the point! Agent gave the best explanation of the Uhaul insurance I’ve been given in my multiple times renting your trucks! There is no need for improvement from this rental agent!

JEFFREY HI had to use debit and was charged $100.00 . When i drpped off the truck, the man there said UHaul would repay me I would not recommend dropping off any truck in this area. We had to keep phoning to wake him up.

KATHERINE IHello! I believe i was overcharged 1 day rental on the 5 x 9 trailer. I said i may possibly need it for 2 days but after seeing my Visa bill it looks like i was charged for 3. I never could read the contract that day as I never had my glasses and print is quite small. Anyway picked it up on Sat. morning and returned it Sun. evening at 8 p.m. Randy Fess

PENNYJ PI was really pleased with the help that we got from Uhaul, we had a few problems with personal things NOT Uhaul, and they were so accommodating. I would defiantly use them again,
Evonne WWe had to go to another town to pick up and drop off our trailer. It was not convenient since there is a Uhaul location in our town. There was no discount given for this. We had to sweep out the trailer as it was not clean when picked up however we swept it out after use. Pick up process was very time consuming. Despite all of this, the trailer suited us very well for our camping needs. No problem with the trailer function itself.

Mark Mthe location manager was super friendly and helped me get my online truck picked up. he even helped me with location to where to get cheap gas. He went above and beyond helping me that was the only good part of this uhaul rental the truck is a piece of shit, it wanders all over the road, it sucks fuel like a rocket ship and there is so much damage to this truck it is hard to keep track of. when i dropped it off in kapuskasing they asked about damage to the front passenger side. you can tell by looking at it that it was damaged a long time ago by the pain peeling and even looks like it was spray painted you guys loaned out my truck i originally needed the day before even though i reserved it 2 months ago. i ahd to go all the way to hagersville to pick up a piece of junk if you guys even attempt to charge me for damage that was there before i will sue your asses i am a licenced auto mechanic and know vehicles better then all of you combined. you cannot charge me for damage from a previous shitty repair you were the worst part of my move and raised my stress level beyond acceptable limits the only good part about this retal was from the guy that i picked up the truck from not impressed do not charge me or i will fucking sue you
