My dollies that I paid for were not in the truck and I had to go to Ferndale to get them. I picked up during a weekday and there was nobody there to assist me.

We did not have internet service being close to the boarder. We needed that to make an account to get the key. We had troubles getting the key and it took a long time!

I went to the Uhaul in Ferndale to pick up my trailer and they said that I had to drive an additional 16 miles north to Blaine. This made not only cost me valuable time but it also made me late for my appointment to pick up materials in Ferndale. Very bad experience.

ARNEL MU-Haul head office messed up my drop off location and told me to go to a place that no longer is contracted with U-Haul. I then went to A Z Self Storage, where the personnel there still took care of me even though I was not expected at this location. A Z Self Storage has exceptional service.
Steven MKarr makes this place great. She is attentive to detail, friendly , and efficient. Lots of impatient people to deal with, but she remains calm and professional.

Steve HThe physical set up of this place doesn't after dark drop offs easy. The lack of maneuvering room isn't made better with an almost complete lack of light. Thank heavens for helpful staff.

Ken CThis was the 3rd uhaul establishment I had been to, as the original one I had reserved a trailer at did not have it. The 3rd place finally had the trailer but no adapter to hook up lights. I was told to go to Napa auto parts and purchase one. How can and establishment let you drive off the lot with an unsafe and illegal vehicle? I will not use uhaul again.

Kay WThe people here are great, but the location of the office can be difficult to locate and could benefit from some signage. The return lot in front of the office is a dead end of a narrow lane - not the easiest place if driving a large truck or trailer. There is not really anything they can do about that so this is not a complaint.

Bruce LThese people need training on uhaul computer system. We were there for over 45 min and I had already previously rented the truck and was coming to pick it up but the guy was clueless and took forever. On top of that I was over charged because they messed up on how much gas was in the vehicle
Rachel PEnsure the trailer is properly attached to the vehicle, and that the correct hitch/ball size is being used by the vehicle towing the trailer. We had issues of the trailer coming unhooked from the vehicle once we reached our destination and were unloading - very unsafe.
Trisha MIt took me 20 minutes to rent the truck, she said the system was looping?? Either way, I needed to get going and that was WAY to long to wait.

Geoffrey Sthe person in Blaine did not know how to check us in we returned the truck on friday. She never looked at the truck. The truck was full of gas and the 12 blankets were in the truck. We also did not exceed the miles allowed. This woman said she was not trained and all she did was cry and apologize.
