Tamra called me the day I dropped off the U-haul, mentioned someone who is "disabled" man will be picking up the car tomorrow and that they will need the u-haul back. Of course I was still going to bring it back since I knew I had to return it Tuesday, August 30th. I brought it back and got an extra charge of $58 since I returned in hours after my official time to return it. The guy at the front desk here was pretty rude when I asked why we were getting an extra charge of $58. BUT NOWHERE on my contract says I'd get charge that much if I returned it late. The only thing I saw was "$14 for an extra day" yet I get charged $58? I returned it within store hours as well, so I couldn't have been charged the extra $20 fee for after hours. I spent over a $1000 here for my move and the lady on the phone (Tamra) couldn't have told me about this extra charge for "an extra day fee" for being hours late but she could tell me the man who is going to be renting it next is disabled?? Pretty unprofessional and unnecessary. Pretty sure that goes against Hipaa.

The location and gentlemen running the location was great. Having to fly from Seattle to Spokane to pick up a truck and drive it back was unacceptable. If i didnt need to move across the country in 2 days, I would have canceled.

They gave me the crappiest truck. It had a cracked windshield and was beat up and dirty. During the drive across the country it blew a tire and was stuck sitting at a truck stop waiting for the repair guy.

They only had half the blankets I had ordered on my reservation. Then they stated in the contract more blankets then they have me and when I told them they had miscounted, they were unable to correct the number of blankets on the contract. Also, they were unable to print me my copy of the contract. The truck's windshield was covered in dry bugs. It was so bad and I had to go to the nearest had station to wash the windshield before I could use the truck. I was very disappointed in the pickup location and it was not the location I had chosen in my reservation which cost me more in Uber to get to.

I walked in the counter person was not wearing a mask. There was snow and ice all over windows and the 10' truck that I had to clean off myself. I was moving out of the city and someone else was following behind my car and snow and ice was flying off the uhaul to my hit and but small chips in my windshield from the ice. The counter person said they weren't going to clean the snow off because there just a drop off center. Great customer service, NOT

I arranged to pick up the truck at 7:30 am using the mobile truck share. truck was locked and keys were not where the truckshare directions said they would be. after being on hold for a half hour I gave up and had to wait until 9 am for the uhaul location to open. they desk agent had the keys at the front desk. made me 2 hours late for a job.

Made it to my destination. Overall, disappointed with the maintenance of the vehicle. Multiple tires were significantly low. None of the additional items like mattress covers and boxes that I ordered were provided.

Get rid of a to Z Randall totally obviously they like personal grudges over any type of business with uhaul. That's what I would do this location was disrespectful not conducive to the you haul promise and totally no customer service whatsoever, I think they went as far as to call their 2nd location to mess with my rental which cause problems with the pick up and the drop off of the equipment all due to as I see it this a to Z rental location I know uhaul good company this is not a company that uhall should be dealing with if they're gonna treat their customers this way and represent uhaul in that fashion... Furthermore on the drop off of the equipment I had one of my friends drop it off this process should be a seamless 1 and easy give Them the keys and the truck They look it over and bill accordingly. A to Z rental refused to let my friend leaveAnd when he tried to they said take your equipment with you refused flat refused to take U hauls equipment on a return of equipment. So in short my mission now is to make sure this doesn't happen again to you all I see clearly the a to Z rental is the problem in this situation and is not somebody uhaul should be represented by because they have no interest in you halls best interest. Interior cab floor was caked with mud. The internet instruction said to return the truck to an area that was closed and locked, and then said to return the key to a drop box that didn’t exist. Had to call customer service and talk to two different people for almost 20 minutes before they told me to just leave the key in the ramp. Ridiculous.

No key drop! I had to drive another 25 minutes to drop off my key the next day. Why does Uhaul allow after hour drop off if there is nowhere to leave the key?!?

The man who checked us in was a bit curt. It was hot so maybe that is why. The rest is the of gentlemen we worked with were awesome and very friendly. We were charged for a dolly, but did not use one. I was even asked during checkout and confirmed we did not use one. I have a copy of the receipt and will call to get it squared away.

i was told to drop the vehicle off at this location, when i went, they told me that i have to go to another location, when i reached the other location they said no turn back and go back to the original location you are suppose to, they drove me nuts. I'm not renting from you again. wasted my time! not acceptable and very upset.

Equipment was rented in unacceptable condition. I tow strap was torn almost completely through. The replacement parts were not available at the location so I was told to drive to another uhaul location to be repaired. The entire rental pickup process, with replacment of the broken tie-down took well over 2 hours. Will not use A-Z rentals for anything in the future and would not recommend this company to anyone.

Terrible Customer Service. Didnt have my reservation when I arrived. When I called a couple of weeks later to get an explanation on why my Visa card was charged an additional $32.77 they were no help and just keep saying they didnt know anything. I wont ever use A to Z again.

The challenge here was simply that with the one person on the phone and counter service, it was a bit of a wait while that person addressed customer concerns about rental equipment (not U-haul equipment) over the phone. Everything did work out.

I dropped the truck off at 7 am because I got in a day later than I wanted because of the issues with the truck and having to pick up the trailer. The timeline was fine but the place didn't open until 7:30am. I kept the keys until I got back because I had to rush my friend back 4 hours to the city she flew out of to help me. I called to tell the representative I would be there the next morning. He told me the auto transport was gone. He was very rude. I called u haul and they called him and called me back telling me he had the trailer. He was mad I parked it and left. Then this morning I was at uhaul for an hour because they wanted me to pay extra fees for mileage when it was hauls fault because I had to go to Oakland in it. If it was just one of these issues I could understand but all of these made it the worst service I have ever had anywhere, and that is not an exaggeration.

I had a difficult time trying to rent The truck. When they first pulled me up on the system, they stated that I had to pay for the truck when it was already prepaid. Then they did not do a walk around the truck with us nor did they give us a brochure with the safe move information. They wouldn't give me the keys till I signed the contract and once I did, they stated I had to go find the truck that was on the contract. Then I noticed that what it stated on Tue contract for the gas amount was not what was showing on the gas gauge. Then we saw that the truck was dirty and never cleaned. I had to call U-Haul customer service to make a complaint. Its all in the notes of my contract. I will not rent from A to Z Rental again or U-Haul at that location.

This was the location on my contract. The person serving me told me to take it to another location, over 5 miles away. He told me he did not have any room on his lot for this tiny 4x8 trailer, and he made more money renting his own equipment out. Instead of stooping to his level, and unhitching right there, I called Uhaul customer service. After about 5 min, I was told he would accept the trailer. Thank you to Uhaul customer service. If I ever need to rent a piece of equipment it will not be from the drop-off company.

The truck was dirty inside and out. The gas was less than half full and I had to restore it to the same level or pay extra to fill it more. The tank should be topped off before every rental so the client can use the truck as much as needed, then fill it up just before bringing it back. The office was equally unimpressive, the computers didn't work right and the credit card reader wouldn't work. I felt like I was renting from a dump, but still paying full price, in fact, much more than full price, as there are so many hidden/added on charges. They advertise $29.99, but it's really closer to $79,99 on average. Won't rent there again!

All good w the exception of the fact that they couldn't credit me for the missed dolly. They should have someone look at their bathroom as well. Disgusting and no papertowels. The toilet paper roll was on a table in the bathroom. Bathroom was in need of significant repair/attention.

I don't think that yes/no are very useful answers on this survey. For example, the staff was helpful enough, but I had to call the Gresham location and get my reservation number etc instead of them, so that they didn't send me to another U-Haul to return, even though the trailer was already unhooked from my car.

no one ever called and told me that the place I reserved for truck pick up was not where the truck would be. that place was over 10 miles away in another town. What an Inconvience that proved to be. When I finally found the truck, the Windshield was so dirty that it was tough to make it to the nearest fuel station to get them washed. Fortunatly everything else went fine. No other problems.

The trucks are advertised to have a smooth ride. The truck I rented was very difficult to drive due to forward jerky movements. Fortunately I only had a 34 mile round trip, because it was very stressful. The truck came from Arizona so I can't blame the location, but U Haul should not have this truck in its inventory unless it is overhauled.

A to Z Rental did not have the 60 furniture pads or the dolly that I ordered on line to rent. It took an additional hour to get 60 pads from another location. A to Z rentals also did not have any of the information I had entered on-line to pre-register. The cargo area of the truck had not been swept out before our use. A to Z rental did not have us do an inspection before we left.
