Dwight Murray A RietstapAt first, I visited the shop(Campbell River) to ask to explain about mobile pick up but she misunderstood, so she approved offline pick up. As a result, I had to pick up from Friday(4/28). I explained my conditions later, she changed my rental length until Monday(5/1). So, I thought I could return it by then. Therefore, I dropped off my truck in Nanaimo yesterday, they didn't say anything then. However, I knew I have to pay delay fee later. If I had to return it within 2 days from the beginning, I would have done that, but I did it because it said until May 1st in my account, but I couldn't understand that I had to pay a delay fee. I need a reasonable explanation for me and would like to know if a refund is possible if possible. thank you.
