I will never recommend Uhaul to anyone, in fact I will encourage people to look at other options. I was charged 203$ when I picked up the truck and 73$ when I dropped the truck off. Absolutely absurd!

SYLAS GTruck was excellent but the cab & van were not as clean as they could have been, possibly a result of some extenuating circumstances affecting the staff of 80 West Custom Sales. Certainly not a major issue but worth mentioning.

Richard BThe original location South Georgia Liquidation 1013N Liberty St., Waynesboro, GA 30830. Would not expect the truck and was not helpful at all. The other location is a field with a hut. We finally got someone and left the key but wouldn’t talk or help. The truck was there around 11 am but wasn’t checked in until the next day. I had to call Uhaul three times to get someone to send me a text to at least show proof I had dropped it off. What are they doing with the truck that they don’t check it in?????? Uhaul should close the unprofessional dealers in Waynesboro, GA!!! Thanks David

Robert MThe auto transport that I rented had a bent wheel or a damaged tire. It shook the whole trip, 400 miles. Maybe check out the equipment a little better before it is rented out again.

Trinity SI won’t ever rent another 6x12 trailer if jacks are not installed on the younger. I’m 69 and the lady working at the uhaul store wasn’t able to help me lift tongue up to hitch. I can’t understand why that has not been fixed in last 30 years.
Mike CEquipment rented was car tow. Driver side wheel tie down strap was completely severed. I did not see it until I had already loaded the car at my home. It was a major set back. There was no other available locally, so I had to connect the pieces with flat metal strips with strap screw clamped togeather on either side of the overlapped ends. Suffices to say that equipment should never have been placed for rental.
