Was almost charged for returning the truck rental late although it was turned in a day early. I understood that the business was having technical issues, but he could have contacted another location or his regional office to send them the information and have them close out my account. I finally received a call from what I assume was the local/regional office, asking me when I'd be returning the truck, and they were able to contact the drop-off location, verify that it had been returned, and close out the account.

The vehicle could use a wash. The windows and back up camera were hard to see through in the evening sun which is slightly dangerous. Overall excellent experience. It’s a nice vehicle and was perfect for what I needed. Thanks!

I showed up to pick up my truck. I asked for a dolly and a truck that had the part that pulled out to pull things on with the dolly that was missing so I had to literally carry my washing machine and dryer up the U-Haul myself now my back hurts then I bought a sprite and it was expired dated August 22 of 2022
