Raymond CWhen picking up equipment front desk gave us the third degree. We had reservations on the equipment, front desk couldn’t find it. When front desk found reservations it took them another hour and half to complete computer input. Equipment worked great, our reservations were from Yuma to Nogales Az. I called the 1 800 number because we didn’t know where drop off address was in Nogales. 1 800 transfers my call to a local area so they can tell me where to drop off the equipment. That number starts telling me that we can’t drop it off in Nogales it has to be in Green Valley. That was not going to work because the distance was much greater. They claimed all Nogales Uhaul were full, so we called the local office and asked if this was correct. Nogales Uhaul said not true go ahead and drop it off we will deal with the office in Tucson. Super annoying and stressful when already having to deal with pulling a car from one town to another and all the waiting on the phone just to get responses back and forth. After dropping it off in Nogales there seemed to be a miss communication paper wouldn’t come through as being dropped off. More time spent resolving the drop off even though we dropped it off on the 19th paperwork doesn’t reflect that it wasn’t dropped off until the 21st. Thankfully no late charges or anymore issues after that. Glad to be done with it. Too many hours spent on the phone.

Robert NI called this location before leaving phx area, And asked what time I needed to drop of by as I was waiting till due date back to go to Yuma and had to wait for place to open to drop stuff off. Lady on phone responded she’s did know but would be good as long as I dropped off on due date. I took trailer to drop off and was informed there would be $32 extra charges for not having back by 7:00 am, this location doesn’t open till after 7:00 and I had to wait 45 mins to talk to someone about the extra charge. She then couldn’t do anything to help me but gave me number to district manager hector. I called him he said he would fix n didn’t want to loose my business over $32. Nothing has been done since and he has not contacted me since.. so hey Uhaul I hope that $32 was worth my business, I will never use your stuff again and will tell all my friends about this..
DEVIN CBe clear with what equipment is available before reservation. Do not alter customer’s reservation without approval. Be clear on how to return U-Haul if business will be closed upon return. Other than that, good service.

Kevin VMake sure everything on the truck is in working order, Do not expect paying customers to relocate your trucks. Watch your employees that they don't misuse the gas provided by paying customers. Compensate customers for your mistakes.
judith lDropping off the trailer was easy and efficient.
ROBERT VDrop Off location was closed. Your app was pathetic. Just give a driver the details on what to do: take a picture of the gas, interior of the truck in front of the location where you drop it off, etc, and email it. It would have saved me a lot of time.

Michael VThe worse customer service we have ever received from a UHaul station. the staff was rude and not willing or knowledgeable to help in any way. Usuallu Uhaul is a good experience but Diesel Shop is a horrible representative of your Uhaul brand.

Carlos pUhual gave me the worst experience you can ever give someone. I made Reservations about 3-4 weeks before I was set to pick up the equipment. They called me a few days before I was Suppose to pick it up to tell me I had to go to a completely different state to pick up the equipment. Not to mention I was quoted at 250 and ended up paying almost 600 dollars to only use it for ONE day. I will Never use uhaul again.
KYRAN GAttendant barely responded to my presence. no biggie. It was on a Sunday and they werent open for normal business hours. Not a problem just minimal interaction, less than what I would have expected as normal. Not going to hold it against them, but there are other drop off location options. This activity is not their primary business. All that said was convenient though.
Kenneth DIt was not our first choice and the place was out of the way and hard to find. It was clean and the people were friendly. This was the only site that had a truck that we needed. There was a problem in the billing. However they did put me in touch with you main office and They were very nice and corrected the billing very promptly. Thank you

Christopher WGreat customer service, first time renting a trailer from U-Haul. Very happy with the trailer and will rent from 310 Diesel in Yuma, AZ again.
Daniel Lthey have no supplies so if you remember you forgot to buy tape or rope ,etc... then you're stuck driving around town with a trailer attached to your vehicle. I wanted the 14th Ave/3rd street sight for this very reason.

Jerry FThis was not the drop off location. Not surprising that this is wrong on your records as U-Haul did not have the correct contract in the system when I dropped off the trailer. The representative had to call U-Haul and sort it out. I had the correct copy, which was emailed to me by U-Haul.
Craig SI have used this location twice. My biggest gripe is that it is Closed on the weekend.. so no one is there to receive or help with equipment drop off
Brett MUhaul changed my reserved drop off spot at the last minute. I ended up having my wife drive my large pickup truck and pull the trailer, which was very inconvenient. You need to do a better job with drop offs, Uhaul.
