The owner operator was more than an hour late and caused many delays and extra cost for that days job. I was really counting on being able to pick this up easily. The owner operator also promised to me he paid for the gas because of his lack of timeliness, but that also did not occur. I charged full price.

I was second in line for a rental, and was able to watch the entire transaction with the first customer. The gentleman behind the counter was remarkably patient, having to repeat some things two and three times, as the customer was not paying attention to the instructions. The U-Haul representative went out to the rental twice to ensure the customer was OK to operate the vehicle and understood the safe operation of the equipment. Although all of this delayed me from getting on my way, I was duly impressed with the reps professionalism and good cheer. I will definitely rent from here again.
WILBUR HHappy and surprised to see a dolly and moving blankets in trailer. Have a rented from Uhaul several times in last couple yrs and do not recall ever seeing that. A nice addition
