Sam at the Lincoln RV Auto and Boat Storage was perfect and so helpful. BUT every single UHAUL employee I had to deal with was unhelpful. UHAUL needs to fix which moving companies they work with to provide better services. There is NO reason a ubox should be six days late!

Horrible experience. They didn't ship my things when they supposedly sent an email telling me they did. My things arrive 5 days late after the guaranteed arrival. I kept calling customer service to ask them what happened and where my things were but they couldn't seem to give me an answer. Definitely won't be using U-Box again.
