Two times ive rented from this location and each time in the middle of a hectic schedule ive had to stop everything i has planned to operate as repair coordinator. first the tires were shot costing me 3 hours, then they approved for rent a car with non functioning AC that required 3 hours just to have looked at, THEN to add insult to injury, they said “oh keep the car till 6pm, then CHArGED me the extra time when they werent supposed to! absolute logistical failure nightmare of a uhaul experience twice!

They had to call someone to know what to do and that someone had to do research so it took 30 min for me to finally get the van although I had put all my information on the U Haul website.
