I would not recommend U-Haul. I returned my vehicle with the same amount of gas that I received and was charged $57.00 in fuel when I returned the vehicle. I have been given the run around to get my refund. Unacceptable the way you treat your customers/
CHERYL GMy issue was not with this location and more with U-Haul overall. On Monday, March 11th, I rented a truck for 2 1/2 hours but was charged for a two day rental. This location has been closed since Monday and I have left several messages over the last few days. I will try to call the office a third time when they are open tomorrow.
Larry HAlthough the use of the mobile app to pick up and return the truck took a little longer than I would have liked, it was organized and ultimately everything made sense - taking pictures of the truck before and after rental was a bit time-consuming if you're in a hurry, but ultimately protects both U-Haul and me in case of damage...
GRADY BOriginal drop off location did not accept the return and sent me to find another location which was closed.
