I rented a trailer and UHaul doesn’t sell the 7 round to the the 4 pin connector that is needed to hook up a trailer to a standard car. I had to leave and go to a Walmart to buy the adapter. Simple item that should be on site.

Stephen BBack door of truck was frozen shut. Didn’t seem to know anything about my reservation and what I was renting (dolly and furniture dolly) despite having called 30 minutes prior to arriving. The woman there was nice enough at least.
Cory CQuick in and out. No issues with this location. Really clean place. TY Uhaul web site said trailer was in my preferred area. Set everything up on line only to find out the next day my trailer was located 11 miles away going in the opposite direction. Not fair to me. I was on a tight time line.
