they didn't have my order correct when I showed up so had to work with the hand trucks they had available. but over all it was a good experience.

When I arrived the workers for U-haul were not there. I dropped my keys off to a man that didn't work for them at 11:45am. I received a call at 6pm asking where the U-haul was from the worker that wasn't there earlier in the day. I notified her that I already dropped it off. Before I dropped the U-haul off I put $10 in gas at a gas station a half a block away to get the gas to 9/16 how I originally received it. I just received an email showing U-haul charged me another $10 for gas making the presumption that I returned it at 1/2 tank when I didn't.

To whom it may concern, I’d like to share my recent Uhaul experience with you and let you know that I am very disappointed with my recent rental. I had a Uhaul reserved for this past Saturday at 9AM. The lady who operates at that location (Tammy) showed up at around 10:30AM. I completely understand life happens and people are late sometimes, but based on what the other employees there were saying, this is an ongoing issue. She had a reservation at 8AM, so showing up 2.5 hours late without a reason seems unacceptable. She was apologetic, but seemed mostly upset she had to get out of bed that morning. After completing the first reservation, she began to help me. After trying multiple times to complete my reservation unsuccessfully, she finally called her boss who was able to do it over the phone. The copy of my receipt, which is dated at 10:51AM, was 2 hours after I was supposed to receive my truck. She walked me around the truck to show me all the prior damage and to make note of anything else. When I turned on the truck I noticed the gas marker was marker incorrectly on the sheet, it was at 7/8 and they had it marked between that and full. I noticed on my email receipt she did not update that after I asked. My gas gage didn’t seem to move after driving over 30 miles, but I didn’t want to be charged for something so small, so I decided to add in gas prior to returning. However even after adding $10 of gas in the truck the gage didn’t move. One final complaint is that in my reservation I paid for a dolly and pads. I realized once I had gotten to my apartment to move nothing had been put in the truck. I realize this is partly my fault for not double checking, but we were running over 2 hours behind and had movers at the house waiting for us so I left without checking. I realize that in the scheme of life 2 hours probably isn’t that significant, however it not only affected my schedule, it affected the people we had helping us move as well and the person’s who was watching our son. My total rental came to $138.53 and I would like to be fully refunded after this experience. Thank you, Morgan
