I greeted the manager named Cassandra Franklin and immediately she was so rude to me. She said that they were still closed for another three minutes. I didn't even ask for service. I literally said good morning as I waited politely for them to get ready. Once they were open she also even yelled at the customer in front of me! Once it was my turn to receive service, I went to the counter with my email confirmation that showed the correct details of my transaction and agreement with U-haul. The manager then told me that my reservation is at a different location. She said that there are no trucks for me or the towing dolly that I had purchased and that I would need to drive 60 miles to the next location if I wanted help. I had to call customer service at u-haul to be able to even receive a truck. The manger was of no help. Overall, my experience here was really poor. I couldn't even be able to tow my car as I had planned. As a busy medical professional, I found that the service that I received here was far from professional. It made moving stressful and not worth using this service.

The only reason I stayed NO is due to the information that was given back anf forth that contradicted each other. Staff at location were very pleasant even under stressful circumstances Website was not friendly at all.

The truck had 1/2 a tank. This is a huge inconvenience during a time when time is critical. Not happy. The size of truck was not what we had planned. It is not okay to measure the small box over the cab as part of the length. It really is a 17 ft NOT a 20ft truck. It is disappointing and dishonest. Upon bringing this up to the lady at the pickup location office she became rude and unwilling to make accommodations.

Staff was friendly and helpful. Equipment worked and was clean. I have found to be the best place for Uhaul rentals. I prefer this locations to the other ones I have used in the past.

The signage at equipment return said I should remain with my truck and someone would come and help me with the return. Nobody came and when I finally went in the clerk told me to drop my keys into the drop box and leave. It was very impersonal and a little annoying.

The app did not work at check in so I had to call to confirm when the office opened. Otherwise all went well.

I was told the gas tank was full. I drove the 15ft truck I rented exactly 16 miles (on the nose). It took 7.37 gallons of gas to fill the tank! Either the truck only 2.168 miles to the gallon (which would be pitiful beyond words) or the tank wasn't full like I was told. When I complained about this to the person who checked me back in after my rental, he said there was nothing that he could do. In other words, I got the shaft and that was just too bad. What a crappy way to do business. I'll choose Budget Rental the next time.

I specifically want to shout out to Cassandra. I work for a Community Foundation and we have had to get a vehicle a few times the last few weeks to deliver tons of donated supplies to organizations struggling during this crisis. The Uhaul team has made this operation a much easier and smoother process with their efficient, quality service. Cassandra has a huge smile on her face, she is enthusiastic about her job and is just an all around blessing to us. She has been extra gracious to our organization and to the cause of our community. Everything was fine except I arranged for pick up in Ellensburg and found out at the last minute that my pick up location was 40 miles away in Yakima. Lots of extra time on the road, miles and gas.

Your emplyees need to fill paperwork out correctly...we had truck for 3 days...on paperwork it says 3 days in one spot and another says needs to returned in 2 days...drop off says Long Beach Wa which was correct...on ohr trip of moving we get a text that you chanved the drop off to 1 1/2 hrs away from our destination...
