The person assisting with the contract didn’t seem knowledgeable in the computer programs used. It took at least an hour to puck up the truck even though everything was paid for. I was waited on by another young man who was efficient and knowledgeable.

The location for my reservation sent me to another location which they didn't have the trailer I wanted. Luckily another customer that had reserved the size I wanted canceled while I was waiting so I did get what I wanted. Suggestion to U-Haul: Give your agents phone numbers that they can use to call other agents without waiting forever like your customers have to just to verify if they have a certain size of equipment like a hotline or something. Most of my wait time was waiting while the guy sat on hold and no one ever answered his call.

I checked the van in/out via the mobile app. Being convenient it was confusing as to where to leave the keys upon return because of the pop up to rate the app. I couldn't then see the instruction causong me to come back again when u were open. It did take ahalf hour to check out

Please note not all return locations can handle the larger trucks. I was told I could drop off at any Uhaul location. Even shared my concern about the smaller parking lot attached to intended return location Cascade Heated storage NB.

The store is in a old $1 store building and you can tell not much maintenance was done or remolding as the the logos for the $1 were still on the walls and it hasn't been a $1 for at least 10years. The worker at this location showed no sense of urgency, coming from the back of the "store" when we arrived and we were standing there. He just walked like hohum and no urgency. same with when we returned the truck. The worker was no where to be found there was a sign to push a button and say customers but there was no button, my boyfriend had to whistle. I would not rent from this location again and we only did today as we needed to go to the dump

We arrived at the U-Haul location 2 minutes after 7 the guy would not let us in and would not help us to unload the trailer we were very disappointed as we are disabled and we did call in advance and let him know we would be a couple of minutes late and we're on our way

Fuel amount was wrong (the contract said it had more fuel than the truck actually had in it. Contract said 5/8 tank actual was1/2 tank). Attendant said we would have to go through the whole contract process again. Didn't have time to do that again, so we lost on that. When refilling the fuel gauge stuck on half. Turned out we refilled it to 3/4 tank after we cycled the ignition. Lost again. No one offered to reimburse even though i told the drop off Attendant.
