The man and woman running the facility was very nice and accommodating when we picked up the equipment. The on line app was rough to get started. It took us an hour to down load and check out with two of the three equipment. I went back later and got the third piece (TD) and the fender had been smushed into the trailer tire and only one side of the lights worked. So we hooked up the other tow dolly. We got on the road and got a call because I had issues with the check out of both trailers. It showed that They had not been checked out. So I called from our next stop and the girl who was also very accommodating and nice in Lynchburg finished the check out. On the road the truck and trailers worked fine and we had no issues. Check in was frustrating as the local dealer had a 24/7 drop box and the app did not list my drop off location. I had to call the Denver U-Haul location 3 times to try to get things dropped off. I called the business 2 times and got no answer in the middle of the day. We finally took pictures and left and on our last call to U-Haul she checked the equipment back in. I did let the girl know I have pictures of everything if needed. The call center people were all very professional. But I felt that I was not supposed to talk to the facility when I picked up the equipment and that I was on my own hooking everything up. Same at drop off. If I had to give an overall score of the whole check in and out process I would give it a 5. The people at U-Haul I would give a 10. They did their best to have everything done by protocol but yet still helped me when that was not possible.
She made notes about everything I said and told me it would be checked before anyone hooked up again.
My reservation was of course NOT available at my original location and I was told I could drive 45 miles away to pick up the Uhaul. I drive 45 miles to this location and they did not have my reservation. I had to call Uhaul and leave messages for â€œthe big bossâ€ for authorization on a Uhaul. The size I reserved was 10 ft and they tried to give me a 36 foot rig!! The transaction took about 1 hour even though everything was reserved for â€œcontactlessâ€ pick up and drop off.
The app wasn't working well so I had to use uhaul.com instead. Everything else was great.
Wash the outside of truck. And it needs a tune up very badly it died on me several times .....
It makes no sense to do an online pick up and return, and then be forced to go inside and speak to someone to get a key! And then I had to go inside and return it. The person taking my key REQUIRED me to wait while he checked the vehicle, even though I did the online return and took pictures. I won't be renting from haul again as long as the pandemic is happening. It was unsafe and inconvenient.
It's at the Ramada â€” they don't have a person who's dedicated and skilled in handling trailers, if you're a trailer novice.

When I went to drop off the U-Haul at Ramada in in Wytheville Va .they was very unhelpful like I was lieing. They kept saying the gas was supposed to be almost a full tank and said I disputed the gas but I don't remember disputing any gas, he made me pay half the gas he kept half my deposit wasn't helpful about trying to call someone to get it straightened out. why would somebody dispute the gas it had half a tank ??why would you dispute that when you first pick up the truck, that didn't even make any sense but they just wasn't willing to work with me at all on it and I want the $45 that he kept I want that refunded back to my card. Asap

Owner couldn't explain procedures well, I was charged extra for dropping it off after hours after he told me it would be ok. Apparently there's an app I could've used to handle everything nobody informed me of until it was all over. Just an aggravating ordeal from start to finish.
Every thing very good
I returned the rental to this location 1 hour and 45 mins past the due time. I lost track of time while moving and was very appreciative of the call from the drop off location. But looking at my bank account this morning I see a 59 dollar pending charge from the drop off site. When I dropped off the truck she thanked me but she did not inform me that I would be charged this additional fee.
The size truck we requested was not available, the online checking process was very difficult to see, the front desk did not want to help us check in. I had to call 800# to change to in person pick up and still not wanting to help us check out truck

Overcharged for mileage. The manager was ride and would not explain the charges. . Supposed to be all about customer service. I'm very disappointed in the Uhaul Product. Over priced and ill managed

Customer service is terrible. We rent Uhaul's frequently from all over and this is by far the worst location we have rented from.
Truck needs to be maintained better. Lots of issues . A/c not the best. Loud traveling err it's muffler and air noise from door. Interior liner falling down. Window handle came off. And rough tiding.
