The truck I rented needed some maintenance. The front end alignment was way off, and it felt like a tire(s) we're out of balance. The whole cab shook so much I was nauseous. A very uncomfortable ride. Other than that, the staff was great and I was in and out quickly.
We did not appreciate that we had to download an app just to drop off the truck. It was a pain.

Uhaul took money from my account for a after hours fee, when the lady told me I had 24 hours to return the vehicle and I returned it long before the 24 hours was over.
Have better customer service. I was in line and there were two cashiers open (one of them was the manager Timothy), and instead of helping me they thought it would be appropriate to discuss wages.. on the sales floor.. while there are customers waiting. Even after their conversation Timothy proceeded to work on the computer and ignore me, the customer. And then to top it off another customer walked in that Timothy seemed to know, and so he let the customer skip me in line. I was in shock. This took place at around 2:15pm on Wednesday, July 1st. The only saving grace was the gentleman who helped me seemed to be the only one who actually care. I'm thankful he stepped in when he did. Timothy and the female colleague need serious customer service training from my perspective.
The 24/7 Truck share was extremely convenient and easy to use. I highly recommend to anyone in need of moving services.
Waited in line for about an hour, checked in and had a reservation for 9:30 am didn't receive my rental until almost 11 am.
Another location had messed up our res and they came to the rescue! We have rented here before and they are always great!

very slow check in procedure although we had done it online it all was redone in person; checkout was awesome and contact less
I got to the location at 745 for a 8 am reservation and did nor leave till 850 am due to UHAUL reserving wrong vehicle.
The trailer I reserved was not available. The intake worker asked what I was hauling, I explained 2 separate items. A truck and a golf cart. I order a full bed trailer. I was told they didn't have the one I wanted and the ones they had wouldn't qualify. 3 different trailer contracts were written. The intake worker fudged the input to get a trailer that would work. The truck barely fit, tires rubbing the rails. The ratchet strap handle was not working properly and both tire tie downs came loose. Thankfully the truck didn't bounce off. I returned the trailer and explained this would not work for the golf cart, due to the wheel base width. They had flatbed trailers that were smaller and would work. They refused to swap them out. I was told it would be a new rental charge. I explained that they chose to mislead the sale of this and they had a duty to make it right. The intake worker had an extreme attitude and started an argument with me in front of customers. Another intake worker decided to step in and started to explain that the contract only allows for 1 transport use. I explained to her that the first intake worker was informed of my scheduled hauls today and knew I was hauling 2 items separately and allowed the transaction to go thru with her fudging of the weight class of what I was hauling. I also waited 45 minutes in the lot after the sale was made for someone to assist with which trailer I was to take and hook it up. I lost money today due to this and I intend to recoup these cost legally. I will never do business with uhaul again. I expect a full refund and have alerted my credit card company to the fraudulent acts.
The website is not helpful. This was supposed to be a no contact experience. Instead I ended up spending 20 min in line in the crowded store
We were mistreated by your sales staff. She was condescending and unprofessional.
I'm not exactly sure what was going on that day, they couldn't find the truck for a long time, apparently it was parked in a different lot. Which I think didn't give them any time to check the truck since there was broken glass all over the inside the trailer. Also I was told there was 7/8 of gas in the truck but there was 3/4. I couldn't look the truck over before signing anything because they couldn't find it when I was checking in and I needed the truck that day, it was the last one they had.
Opted into using the mobile pickup and it was so confusing i was told to just go inside which defeated the purpose.
RE 10' box truck rental: Picked up rental. Driving home check engine light is on, vehicle has only 2200+ miles. Had to drive back and return rental for another. Staff was excellent in taking care of this. Faulty equipment an inconvenience. Replacement rental was fine.

Drop off process was simple
I had to load some stuff from my car into my newly-rented truck so I parked the truck in the parking lot, being careful to ensure I blocked as few people as possible (it's a very small parking lot). I never was more than a few yards from the truck and had been there only a couple of minutes when a staff member came out and *yelled at me* for "blocking" the entrance (which I had not done and was careful not to do). First of all it was questionable whether anyone was actively inconvenienced by what I did, but supposing they were, it was not justifiable to yell at me -- asking me calmly and politely to move the truck would have been sufficient.
