I had to tell/show the person how the car hauler hooked up. Either he didn't know, didn't care, or was flat out lazy. Also the girl working the papers/process and the guy working up front should reframe from shooting rubber bands at each other while a customer is there trying to rent a car hauler...they were more interested in flirting with each other than paying attention to me (the customer).

Some of the rudest staff I have ever encountered, including the general manager. When I tried to express my concerns to him his response was “you got your move done, that’s the important thing”.

When I set up the rental on line I was planning to use my 2006 Chevy Trailblazer the move my 1985 corvette with a car carrier. The web silt verified that my truck was Ok to do the job. When I arrived at the Worcester location they informed me that my truck was not suitable! This was very disappointing!

Maybe number the trucks because the guy told me the truck was right outside the door we jumped in keys are in it looked it over took off, bottom line we took the wrong Truck and had to return it ASAP when they called

I met with Eloni I believed, she had a sun glasses, you can't even see her eyes, i find out it's unprofessional and she was rude by not folding the U Haul contract well in the envelopes and sent it on the desk. She needs a better way to great a customer.

Eloni was the most incredibly rude sales person I have ever dealt with. I’m certain this isn’t the first complaint about her so I’m confused how she still has a job, honestly. Upon entering the store she looked angry with me that she had to put her pint of ice cream down to assist me. She then proceeded to rudely ask for my details and payment information. Upon payment she did not explain ANYTHING i needed to know about the truck. Once I signed all of the paperwork, which she made me feel was an affront to her, she proceeded to talk badly about me under her breath as I walked out of the store. It was honestly a nightmare experience and she doesn’t deserve to have a job anywhere with those people skills.

don't get trucks ready and lined up before customers are finished with their paper work I pre registered went out back had my trailor hooked on and had to wait for two customers to finish their paper work and get in their trucks before I could leave I was there first so how did I get last first come first serve I was pissed had to wait for stupid

The customer service inside was well below par. I waited at least a minute for anyone to even acknowledge me. Then there was no friendly greeting. Finally, the person who did take my order tried to TELL ME what I WANTED, & was clearly irritated whenever I asked him a question, & then he refused to answer it. I asked him three questions & on all three, he ignored me. I have a forty year background in sales & customer service. The other representative sat slumped in her chair complaining about wanting to go home.

The process for the unit's fees was confusing. Distance and Rates for mileage should be negotiable.

The pick up was very simple. The staff accommodated my request for a second van option that did not smell strongly of smoke. I suggest a fine for those who take vehicles and smoke in them as the first van I was offered really smelled bad. Also the first van I was offered was not completely full of gas. The drop off was less seamless with staff seeming annoyed with my arrival and I needed to ask twice for service. There were two people there when I arrived, neither of whom appeared to be helping other customers. I'd suggest welcoming customers with a hello and not a "pull the vehicle under the green tarp" when the area was full and I could not in fact pull the van under the tarp. It would also be nice to have a staff member ask me about my experience in person when the vehicle was returned.

Guy working desk was rude and told me the trailer I wanted to rent was unavailable. When I questioned him about it he said he had one he could rent. I asked specifically about extra insurance he didn't have any real clue about it. Customer service skills are serious issue at this location.

Had to move the trailer I rented by hand to the spot where they wanted me to park it because other customers completely blocked the entrance to the parking lot... not a big deal but an inconvenience as I should be able to just back it up and unhook it. I’d recommend letting people know not to block the entrance if they’re returning vans and trucks.

While we swept the truck before returning it, we were sweeping up debris that we never left in the truck. This tells me that it had not been swept in awhile. The check engine light was on and there were very poor instructions on where to place the vehicle for return.

You should have a policy if your in the place of business before it closes your reservation should be completed and it should state at desk what debit cards are excepted so when the employee tells the person at 2minutes to 5 that they don't take a certain debit card you have .so you run to the damn ATM across the street to get the cash and go to the door of the store two minutes to after 5 only for it to be locked in your face .

The mobile app process was time consuming and difficult. Also the drop off mechanism of where to park the truck was confusing. There was a cardboard advertisement in the windshield of the car which was cumbersome to remove.

I would just have to say that the return process where you have to do it online yourself is a little bit tedious and difficult and it took quite a long time I am not that savvy with the technology. Other than that this location is great. Excellent service
