Erick D.I was originally supposed to pick up a 15ft truck at a different location. The day before, I was told that it was not available and that I had to go to Oxford to pick up my truck. I was able to secure a 10ft truck at another Worcester location, but when I went to pick it up, I discovered that the price was higher than my original reservation. I was told that there would not be an additional charge and that I could pick it up Thursday evening and drop it off on Sunday for the same price. This did not happen. I should receive a credit for this difference.
