Kenneth SThe equipment and people at the pick up location were excellent. However, your app sucks. I wasted an hour trying to use it. The pickup time was off hours for this location, so nobody was on hand to help. I had to do it remotely. The app claimed I was at the wrong location during multiple attempts standing right next to the truck or right next to the key lock box. Tried your chat for help but it was useless. Called the southeast Ohio office, who transferred me to Chevy in tech support. She told me to use the web site rather than the app, and supported me until the pick up was complete. YOUR APP HAS KNOWN ISSUES. TECH SUPPORT KNOWS. WHY DO YOU LET CUSTOMERS WASTE TIME USING IT???
