I had a tow Dolly and the people in roseburg helped me with my vehicle and to strap it down. Tenpeople in woodland claimed that they could touch the dolly with the vehicle on it and made me do all of the strap and chain removal. Luckily I know how to use ratchet straps and watched the guy kind of put my vehicle on the trailer but felt it was ridiculous that they didn’t do he removal for me or at least tell me how to do it. They seemed very confused. At it was frustrating, because I didn’t know how it worked...??

When you have a inoperative vehicle mark it as "DOWN" so U-haul.com won't reserve it for a customer. When you make a mistake like that give the customer the next available truck immediately without trying to charge them for the difference because YOU screwed up!

Staff were friendly and super helpful. Juggled phone calls and in person conversations with grace. Felt as if though they provided red-carpet treatment. Will definitely come back and rent from U-Haul again.

Make sure to take pictures of your own for a copy since their system didn’t show the ones I uploaded on their link they send you! I had to pay double of what I should’ve due to the fact that the multimedia “wasn’t showing up” I paid 90$ extra due to wrong mileage records of theirs!! Never renting here again not letting a friend nor family member either don’t want them getting their money tooken from them in an unfair manner

The initial odometer reading was wrong. This caused extra cost at the return. Check the initial reading! The lady receiving the return was unfriendly. The folks at initial check in were much more friendly.

You must have a working phone. Please tell the customer the final cost of the rental. I didn't like you charged me extra $14 while we have our Owen insurance. Driver told me he got scared . So I had to pay extra $14. That's what we called pressure and the fear. .

When I reserve and check in online it’s usually expected that I receive quick service. The front desk agent was not wanting to give me the key after I completed all of the check in requirements on my phone. She insisted on selling a tow hitch and helping with install causing delay with me picking up the vehicle. After asking and explaining a 3rd time she finally handed me the key and stated that she doesn’t always follow skip the line. Normally, I could understand this but in this case all she needed to do was give me the key. This is extremely annoying and picking up a vehicle should never take 45 minutes.

The office ladies were nice, the truck was clean. The truck wouldn't start once we reached our destination. Tow truck driver came and it still wouldn't start after a while he was able to fix the positive battery cable with a paper clip. So we returned it back to the store and willl rent another day since we wasted so much time waiting for it to be fixed

I rented a 6x12 trailer. The gate was only 4feet 9 inches. It was not wide enough to put what I needed in the trailer. I returned it within 30 minutes because it would not work, but still was charged as I was told there were no refunds. On your site, it stated nothing about gate width. I feel I should have gotten a refund or at least a partial refund.

They said one price but I was charged two times on my card .once the price they quoted me and then 3.68 for some other reason which they did after I was gone so I dont know the reason

The office is SUPPOSED to open at 7. We were there and waited (paying an employee to wait) for about half an hour. The truck was supposed to have a half tank of fuel and only had barely a quarter tank. We disputed the fuel but it appears that we have been charged for the half tank. The UHAUL employee explains that she doesn't have access to the gas card key and the gas tanks are siphoned overnight. Sorry, but not an acceptable solution for the fuel for the customer.

The girls worked hard to get me going and did a great job. I was ill prepared really as this was a spur of the moment motorcycle purchase and I needed a trailer fast. But they had me setup and going fast and actually fun.

I have no complaints about my experience at all but am willing to share an idea that might help. I prechecked my license number, etc. 6 days before my reservation but apparently it wasn't in the system. So, I think you should have a computer at the desk for people to check in while the sales rep is helping other customers...it might move things along.

Provide a full tank of fuel so that customers don't have to guess the amount used. Because of a gauge that delayed registering I turned the truck back in with twice what I used with no reimbursement. At the current price of gas I overpaid by about $25.00.

we asked to have the dolly and blankets removed prior to renting the truck. for some reason policy had changed and they would not accommodate us like times before. a sore subject to me as i got charged for using the dolly once before when the band broke....even though it was not used. other than that a great place and friendly. i use the rentals many times a year but i may have to look elsewhere because of this new policy
