The customer service rep did not come out to go over the vehicle with me. He just gave me bad instructions on how to return the vehicle. He was rude and clearly wanted not to help.

If not receiving insurance customers are given a deceptive option to inspect themselves the equipment for any visible damages etc. and when you return the vehicle U-Haul staff may deceptively point out some past damages making the customer responsible. In either case whether accepting insurance or not the staff and customer MUST inspect the vehicle/equipment together to be the witness for any damages. The U-Haul policy is not fair for customers. Actually is a deception and at some point may end up in a court for liability reasons.

When I arrived my trailer was not at the location because of a failed return. The service manager set his employee to get another one several miles away to make sure I had the trailer I had ordered. He also discounted my rental. Great customer service!!

I was at the storage facility at the drop off location for 20 minutes total Checking in with the storage and unload my truck all was done in 20 minutes they were really Sufficient

Sal was amazing as was the assistant manager. I should not have had to visit this location. It was an hour drive from where I originally booked and they were going to charge me 250% of the rental cost to return to the original location where I booked the reservation

Put gas in trucks. Got truck with 1/8 tank of gas. Message on dash telling me I have 24 miles to empty. I am moving and do not want to get in the truck and already I am out of gas.

* no one explained the after hour return new policy and/or how to do *had to downloaded new app because your app doesn’t work with iOS IPhone When I picked up the tow dolly I told the guy I was being back after hours he that’s and when I asked where to drop it off when I return it he said the guy outside will tell you and over the dolly I said ok ....guy outside loaded checked the lights and said ok your good and left ...I was never told about the new return policy or where to return it on the property...I’ve rented before at location closer to my home and never had a problem..:this was the first time dealing with your new policy

Not a thing! My organization rents annually for a Thanksgiving outreach special event! This was the most painless rental experience I have ever experienced.
