I did not like how employees use their personal cell phone to take pictures of driver’s license in order to upload them on to the U-Haul software. This is a privacy concern for me . I could have easily did this with my own phone.

FIRST ASSIGNED TRAILER HAD A NON-FUNCTIONAL TONGUE JACK REQUIRING EXCESSIVE TIME IN THE EQUIPMENT YARD AND MORE PAPERWORK. RETURNING THE TRAILER TOOK 5 MINUTES. PERSONNEL ON SITE WERE TOP NOTCH.

A week ago l was given incorrect information regarding my ability to use a prepaid card. When l tried to reserve and it faed, l was told "oh you have a prepaid PREPAID card". Then once l ordered the truck later that week, l wasnt told that my daily rate for EACH PREVIOUS DAY would increase upon extending the reservation. As a result my bill doubled.

Make sure they have the dolly you want or asked to use. They didn’t have the appliance dolly. Then had to call around and ask for one. No one had one. No matter they let me use a regular dolly for free since they didn’t have what I wanted.

Dedicate a huge part of your 2020 budget to website improvements for both the customer and your staff. I've rented frequently the last two years and if I had to rate on your site alone, it would be below average. Most of the time I create my reservation online, but when I get to the store, I have to go over everything again. I've found it is sometimes faster if I don't have a reservation. Also, most of the time spent at the store is waiting for the staff to attempt to navigate through the slow and frequently unresponsive webpages of your POS system. I'm a systems analyst and web developer and it is painful to watch your staff navigate the site. To their credit, they never complain and always remain professional to me.

Ordered dolly, however it was not put on the truck. Additionally, was told I had a fuel credit of $22 , due to there being no gas in the truck. I returned it with excess of the required amount of fuel, and have not received any refunds for fuel credit.

I reserved a truck and a dolly. Truck was available but no dolly. I suggested could they get it from a different location. She checked and said they would. Going to the location would cost me 8 miles of the 10 I was going to use it for. These miles should not have been my responsibility since the equipment I reserved was not available. That’s the point of reserving. In addition, I requested the truck for 24 hours but upon leaving with the truck, the message I received indicated I needed to have it back an hour before my 24 hours.
