better train staff how to receive and take there time and read gas level .and I was over and double charge on my card.

Hire a new manager and workers that know how to entire password in the computer when someone return the equipment. My card got charge for an extra day due to the workers did not know how to check the equipment back in. The manager claim that she was going to take care of the charge but never did.



Poor customer service. I checked trailer back in at 6:30pm, however, they stated I returned the following day ar 11am.

This location was great and the personnel were very helpful. What was not satisfactory was not having a trailer at the original location forcing me to drive 50 miles out of the way and back again just to pick up my trailer.

I rented and paid for a dolly and 2 dozen furniture pads when I booked online. Neither was available when I picked up the truck...and have yet to be issued a refund credit.

I was here on Friday night. On Saturday afternoon I called the telephone number listed on the contact to find out where I could turn the trailer in at Winnsboro,LA. I explained that I would need the trailer until Christmas morning. The lady told me there was a new place open now in Winnsboro but they would be closed on Sunday (Christmas Day). I asked if it would be alright to turn it in when the place was open on Monday.She replied yes and did not indicate there would be an extra charge for doing so. I could have turned the trailer in on Sunday and would have, had I known the place was open and there would be a charge for not doing so.   Therefore I feel my conversation with the Uhaul rep was misleading and I should not have to pay for the extra day. The young lady at the new place was helpful but it was obvious she was new at this and I did not believe that I should push this issue with her as the issue was created by the Uhaul telephone rep.  Pleas advise.
