The hood had not been entirely closed. The windshield was covered in frost as were all the cab windows. The transmission had been left in 4 wheel drive mode. The box had snow drifts in it. There was hardened snow on the hood that flew up into the windshield. I only use this location because it is quite a few miles closer than any other.

The windshield was obscured by snow. The windshield wipers were covered in ice and when needed worsened visibility. The running board was covered in packed snow making entry and leaving slippery, awkward, even dangerous. I only use this location because it is the most convenient to where I live. I wouldn't recommend it to any one.

First of all, i had a reservation that’s suppose to be 6 AM. Since the site doesn’t open until 8:30, You’re booking site suggested that I should do mobile pick up (not sure about the term, but i’m suppose to use the van open it just by using my phone), to which I obliged. To my dismay, no van was assigned for my reservation. Woke up early, went to the site on the said time of appointment and waited until 8:30! And then I had to ask the guys at True Blue carshop about why there was no assigned van for me. They did not answer me and they just conversed in chinese! They did not know what to say. They could not converse straight in english! I should have not rented your van! It completely ruined our schedule!

The rental process is great I love to be able to go online and book a truck with only a couple of days notice. I rent 2 or 3 times a year for my company to move machines and it is always excellent but this last time we not good. The first rental that they tried to give me had a flat tire and the second one had the change oil light on the engine. Normally great but not so today. Peter Vanderspek

Some questions require more that yes/no and NA. This is Winnipeg. It get cold here. Windshields get covered in frost ALL THE TIME. It behoves and operator to clear the windshields before the customer arrives.

I am utterly appalled at the service provided by this location. When asked, Yong mei Hong, the staff/owner there admitted he has worked there for several years, however, he was in able to provide basic details of the U-Haul insurance policy. In addition, after having parked the U-Haul, he refused to close my account because I had not parked in a spot that he liked. Mind you, the whole place did not have any designated parking spots for the u-haul trucks. It was also very evident it was because he didn’t want to go outside because he was eating dinner with his girlfriend/woman. She too was rather useless because when I called earlier to confirm my vehicle booking, she told me that my vehicle would be waiting for me however when I got there, I had to wait for it for almost 45minutes. Do not go to this location. They will treat you like garbage. This is not the first time I’ve experienced this similar treatment from this location, and I strongly believe this location SHOULD BE CLOSED DOWN and is rather embarrassing for u-haul overall. Put signs up where you want us to park - I am not your labour!

one half of the windshield and all of the driver's side mirror was covered in ice/snow so I had to find my own scrapper and clean it off.In spite of having initialed the "clean box" box it was partially covered in ice and snow as well as the binder twine/sting that was there a week ago was still there. I am sure there is a malfunctioning trailer lights module, left side.

The Lady who set me up with the Uhaul did not explain anything or ask if I had any questions about using the Uhaul Vehicle. I spent time in the cold trying to figure out how to open the back gate with the latch which she could have easily gone over with me. She did not tell me about the ramp either. She did not tell me if I was allowed to let other people drive the Uhaul or not. I was not impressed with my experience.

I drove the vehicle a total of 13 miles. I put in $3 worth of gas and when I returned it I was told there was an additional charge of $21 for fuel!! We settled on an extra $10 which I told them I did not agree with. I will never go back there and will not recommend this location.

Totally ridiculous, charged me 30 dollar for gas, because I drop off the truck while they were closed, but good thing I took a picture of of fule tank level, and mileage, called the uhaul head office and got my money back.

The pick up location itself was good, but dealing with customer service for two weeks before the move was absolutely awful. I will never use U-haul, or recommend it to anyone.
