Have a little more knowlage about the equipment eg size of ball car dolly need I shouldn't have to read the whole trailer to not get a proper size other than 1 7/8 '' 2 '' ball it should say either or size ball or universal 1 7/8'' or 2'' inch ball

Vehicle had a sidewall puncture on one of the tires in random on the rear. We drove it to the location on Regent before it was repaired. If we had not noticed the damage this could have caused a blow out on the highway. Vehicles should be check before giving out to customers at least a quick look over. Damage may have happened overnight by vandalism i assume. Thank you

I wasn't very happy with the one of the staff he was making mistakes but was in training so I understand that aspect but never once did he apologize for any wrong doing for example gave me a phone number to a phone that wasn't working and also forgot to take the lock off the storage unit!!

The lady here was great. We did all our dealings with Regent location. Then received a phone call and also checked on line to say that we were to pick up truck at Munroe location for 6pm. We arrived there about 5:35pm. The door was locked and we were knocking on the door. Finally a lady answered the door saying that they were closed and we explained and showed our paperwork that were were to pick up a truck at 6pm, she said that thy close at 4:30pm. The lady and a gentleman were trying to put the alarm on but was having difficulties. She called someone to say the mix up but no one seemed to be helping her. So she said lets just do it and get you on your way. She and the gentleman were super. They went far beyond the call of duty considering she should have been gone already. I was very upset with the mix up. everything in the end worked out but she was not a nice way to start our journey . Kudos to the lady and gentleman, they did a great job. Shame on Regent ave store, they screwed it up and they are your main branch, I don't know but things need to be checked out there, not impressed.

-reserved cube truck not available despite reserving the vehicle more than one month prior to my move date; the staff provided a cargo van, but this required two extra trips to fit the contents of my apartment into the small van. -to improve U-Haul must guarantee a reservation

Personnel were not well trained. He complained that I was 10 minutes early for my pickup and the proceeded to take 45 minutes to get my paper work done. He did not know how to make changes to the system and he needed to call the help line 3 times. Customer service is a 0.

I was told I can return it at night and there is a drop box. We return it and the next day you are CHARGING US 130$ on our credit card. We did not authorize you to keep our card on file. You charged us for an extra day. Did no one check the lot ? Ridiculous. And then you charged us for fuel. You said we gave it back at 3/4 full when it was 7/8. Good thing I took a picture for proof. So whoever checked the gas lied and then went ahead and CHARGED OUR CARD with NO AUTHORIZATION. you were ripping us off. For nothing. I wonder how many peole you do this to that don't realize. Will never use this company again. Disappointed right from the beginning when we reserved the truck and you didn't have it. I expected more from such a popular company. The only person I was pleased with is the lady who took my phone call at the end when I was calling to sort this out.
