I rent at uhaul all the time but I had to rent a trailer at this one location because other place I go to did not have the 5x9 trailer I needed at the last minute so I book it on the uhaul app was supposed to be 89$ for 3 days after I return it way before the due date actually a day early I did not care that I paid for the extra day did not use it for but after drop it off next day I get a bill for 144$ I called they never check in my uhaul trailer after I drop it off I had to call the place got it from could not get hold of them had to call uhaul 1800 they got a hold of them after 15-20 Min will not deal with them again at that location
Cody COver all, it was a swift and easy transaction. The pickup process took a little longer than normal. However, it was just due to technological difficulties. Other than that, the truck was clean and efficient, and the drop off process was very quick. Thanks again.
KENNETH PTruck was not ready at 7am. People were extremely rude and nasty. Place is a complete rip off!!!!! They lie about everything. Not good !!!!!
