I have rented from this location twice and each time I have had good customer service and a fast check in/out. Both times the vehicle were full of gas and ready to go. This time the truck had some pet hair on the seats and doors but it was no big deal. I will continue renting from this location!

The woman I spoke with was very very rude because I said I wanted to keep the truck over night and didn't mind paying the extra fees, she also cussed and screamed, yes CUSSED using words like F*cking and b*tch because I said I couldn't find the truck number on my app, she hung up on me twice, the first day I just assumed she was having a bad day but the next day was just uncalled for, she screamed at me, degraded me, and refused to give the phone to someone else until I started yelling back, everyone I spoke to claimed to be the owner, no one wanted to give me information on how to report this location. Overall they should be shut down. I spoke to absolutely no one personable. The man I spoke with after her kept talking over me and refused to address it listen to my concerns about the lady, he heard her screaming at me and took the phone, while they both trash talked me while I could clearly hear them, then he kept saying there was nothing I could do about their attitude or no one else I could speak to. I wouldn't step foot back if my life depended on it, I'll probably never rent another U-Haul. This was by far THE WORST experience I've had with ANY business in my life. I literally did nothing to deserve the treatment I got and wasn't even unpset before I spoke with them, I got off the phone in tears. My fiancÃ© had to finish the conversation and he ended up just hanging up the phone. There was absolutely no reason for it. I honestly still don't even fully understand why they were so upset in the first place. Never again.
Not charge a cleaning fee every time we rent a vehicle from you. Even when they come back clean you still charge a cleaning fee! Every little cent you can add on right?
I rented a Uhaul from this place 2258 valley ave in Winchester the mi were 142 mi one way so to and back should have been roughly about 300 to and from. the truck rental was 29.95 plus insurance 14.00. she charges me 389 for mi and an additional 86 to hold if I paid in cash. when I returned the truck late then she charges the truck fee and insurance again 29.95 +14.00 again. I was to be back a 130pm I returned at 300pm I only used 302 miles and the gas tank and truck was as it was given to me. in stead of giving back me extra hold money she charged me 52 more dollars. if I had time to stay and call the cops I would have but I didn't so now I and going to reach out to the uhaul and try to get them to do the right thing by me. She over charged me 125. and all she would say is fees I have been dealing with uhaul for a long time I never been charged like that I do not recommend that place and they still and lie.no fees ran that bill up like that just employee that lie and steals.

I loved the after-hours pick up! It was so convenient for us. The one thing I would change is that the verification took a bit long. I know it takes that long in person, but since we were online, we kept wondering if we lost connection or did something wrong. It would be helpful to send some automated messages reminding us that you're still verifying, so we know that we haven't messed up. That's a super small thing, everything else was absolutely fantastic and easy!
Somehow your online reservations system changed some things about my reservation, adding a dolly and switching me to a different trailer with no notification to me. Somebody needs to review uhaul's UX/UI. This is not the fault of the location! In fact, they straightened it out.

The uhaul online service was great. The customer service inside was not so great. She was rude and curt. I started the check out process but since I had rented online before I knew I'd have to take pictures and verify pictures. I couldn't find the key box. The one place I went to before had the box near the trucks. There were also signs telling you where to go. This location didn't have any signs and I didn't see the box. I went inside to ask and she snapped at me when she realized that I was using the online system. She said you have to finish with your cell before you can get the key. She didn't even tell me where the box was.
Went to location to drop off trailer. Business hours clearly post that they are open until 5pm. I arrived at 2:20pm. The door was locked and the lights off. Verified correct location and called x2 with no answer, or call being forwarded to a representative. Called another location and verified hours and address were correct. The young lady attempted to contact the location to no avail. I dropped the trailer in the parking lot because if I had taken it to another location I would be billed for it.
Personnel was rude, not helpful at all. I have rented UHaul from this location before , and the personal was rude then also. I was hoping it was one person , but it is any person that works there. I suspect it is the owners of that agency.

When the customer before me didn't turn in the truck I had reserved on time, they bent over backwards to make it right for me. They were friendly and extremely helpful. The late return put a huge dent in our already tight scheduled move. Thank you for your help.

We were suppose to pick up in Herndon. That location was AWFUL and did not help us at all. The general manager Matias Pavese was not helpful and did not do anything to accommodate us. He was quite rude and never did anything to help!!!!
Honor the scheduled checkout time for those who set up a rental on-line. I arrived at 9:10 for my 9:15 appointment, but had to wait 10 minutes while another customer was being checked out (they had the 9am slot and arrived at 9:10). Additionally, equipment should be in perfect working order. The trailer I was initially assigned had a broken jack; the staff appeared to know that was the case.
I went to this location several times to purchase boxes and other items. Not only did they sell to someone else the boxes I had orders and PAID for online, they also were constantly out of other items such as dish boxes on the three additional times I want back to check on my needed/ordered supplies. And, although I had placed an order on line WEEKS ago for my move yesterday (June 24), when I arrived at the store yesterday they did NOT have either the furniture dolly or the dozens of furniture pads I ordered. This was even despite my having gone into the store a few days prior to confirm everything. I was left with 5 pads, NOT even the six that were supposed to be in the package, (and one of the 5 reeked of urine). And to add insults to injury, I was even charged full price for a dozen pads. WTH!!! I also had to make due with a regular dolly. I have damaged furniture now for NO OTHER REASON than your regional manager's inability to manage the supplies and staff at his locations. I am beyond furious at this point â€” some of my furniture is damaged beyond repair not because the movers didn't pack it correct but because they didn't have the pads to protect it properly. I have a second upcoming move with UHAUL, but will now be looking for another company to use for it. As a former military member and current federal employee who has moved almost two dozen times in 35 years, I can say this was the worst experience; NOT because I was unpreparedâ€”because YOUR COMPANY wasn't prepared!
The mileage I read was ....17 I was charged for from...14 to 74. The tank was at 3/4, I put in above 3/4, but was charged 4.88 a gallon and 1/2 low. Yo need to back check your employees
