This dealer is very unprofessional, unorganized and lacks proficiency. Although we reserved the uhual truck and auto transport trailer from a different dealer, this dealer decided he needed to create a new contract, for some reason. I thought the process would be very simple since I had already had a reservation and would only have to pay. Once the dealer created a new contract, he could not figure out how to add the insurance I requested. Therefore, the dealer suggested I pay for the rental and then call uhual's customer service to add the insurance afterwards. Then while I was on the phone with uhual, the dealer noticed the rental was not dispatched and had to ask the customer service person, that I was on the phone with, for help on how to dispatch the rental. Overall our time onsite was very lengthy. Additionally, after attaching the auto transport trailer to the uhual truck, the dealer checked to make sure the trailer lights were working properly. In which he confirmed that they were. During our first stop, 10 miles later, I decided to double check the lights myself. The passenger brake/turn signal only had 1 little LED bulb that worked. I feel this dealer would benefit from professional business skills development along with training from uhual on how to properly use their internet site.

Roman was the guy at this location. Ok, so 1st he called multiple times to return truck Monday morning. I informed him I was on my way and ask if I can drop the trailer off there as well. Being that there was an mix up with the trailer reservation in NJ, he agreed that it was ok. Arrived on site, he came out to check both freights. He said that everything was ok with the truck using his hand held device. I asked him to check the trailer as well being that there were 2 different reservations. He said if I assist, he will. He did within seconds and told me everything was good to go. He also told me I could have dropped the truck off on Sunday instead and I told him I wanted to make sure I was able to drop the trailer off at the same location so I waited until Monday. He told me they charged me for an extra day but he will handle that fee. I did not understand why they would charge extra when my total was for 3 days. he said he handle it and We left. Within a couple of minutes, I received an email with another purchase of $59.94. I called him immediately asking what was this for? He 1st said it was for the over mileage, when I asked him how much was over, he didn't respond. I asked him why was my card being charged again. He then said because of the extra day. I explained to him that my reservations was for the 3 days which was the full total given to me. He was becoming very rude because I had tons of questions about this $59.. he then proceeded to ask for my card # so he can do a return for the amount. I gave it to him hoping this will resolve the issue. For some reason, he needed it multiple times blaming it on the hand held device he was using. I gave to him repeatedly. He said I will receive a refund for the $59. I asked him about the trailer to make sure I wasn't being charged an extra day for that as well and he said I'll have to call uhaul for that. I asked then why did you take the trailer if you cant answer my questions? He responded very rudely saying that I'll have to call uhaul for questions about my trailer reservations. this mn then proceed to hang up on me. I wanted to go back with the cops and now I'm in the process of requesting a new bank card. I check my statement yesterday and no refund was done. I checked again today, still nothing. My bank doesn't usually take this long for a refund. As many times as he took my personal info down, why haven't the refund hit? This man was so rude and unprofessional. This isn't someone you need to handle business for uhaul or 3rd party locations. I need someone to call me back and explain to me why haven't my refund hit after this man took my info multiple times. Absolutely not, would I recommend this location to anyone in the Wilson area. I just moved from New Jersey and this was my 1st bad experience of this town.

I ordered an appliance lift thru the U-Haul app and that was not in the truck so I had no lift, but other than that everything was fine.

I was so thankful to Ramon. I was coming from out of town to pickup a truck. The only day to pickup was going to be Sunday. He accommodated me by renting the truck and meeting me at his office on his day off which was Sunday. This what I call customer service to the highest standard. He was also very considerate. He gave me his personal number so I could reach him as well. This was an awesome experience. I will be using Uhaul again if ever needed. You have a wonderful representative handling Uhaul at theWard Street in Wilson NC. Thank you again!!

When I made arrangements with UHaul I selected at time of 4pm to pick this truck up. I work and made arrangements to get the truck at 4pm because of my job. The gentleman called me 3 times asking me to come early and each time I explained to him that I could not come early because of my job. When we walked into the door he made comments about how he wanted to close early and we kept them from leaving early. That is not good customer service.

Reservation was in wrong name was told they would fix it and was overcharged $45 it took me several days of calling to get an answer about refund . We are currently waiting to see if refund is credited to me account . This has been the worst Uhaul experience I've ever had and having to wait days and having to do all the leg work to even be told my refund request has been approved is very bad customer service .
