U-Haul policy of a two day rental---I only needed the trailer for one day but had to rent the trailer for two days. Not very cost effective for the consumer. The trailer sat in my driveway for a day before being returned.

While the trailer was in good condition, the location is dirty and messy. Customer service not good. Upon return of the trailer, there was no one there to properly greet me and check the trailer in. The mechanics who were there were disinterested in helping me and seemed to know nothing about the u haul computer system. I would rather deal with the Governor Prints Blvd location.

The staff at 2900 Governor Printz Blvd had picked up the truck from the Philadelphia Pike location. I only dealt with the staff at Governor Printz and they were incredibly helpful.

I had two contracts, one for the trailer and one for blankets because the pickup location failed to have blankets. Now I have an issue that only one contract was closed. The trailer was perfect, the service on both ends needs attention.

The rep seemed to not care about the process and didn’t inform us how to return the equipment since he statuses he wouldn’t be there when we returned it. I had to call the uhaul customer service line to get a good phone number to reach this dealer. He didn’t check the equipment back on until I left a message and stated I called the uhaul line. It was about 24 hours after I returned the equipment.

This location is filthy and cluttered. I have never seen ANY commercial site like this. It is like the house of a hoarder that you see on tv--very disturbing to be in. When I returned the tow dolly the attendant said to just leave it and go--no questions as to who I was. Bizarre

Turned into the garage, but the drop off location was around the side. I had to try to back out onto a busy road with a trailer and pull around. Maybe the uhaul sign on Phila Pike could be moved down farther, so that people know which entrance to turn into.

This is my second dealing with Trou automotive on Philadelphia pike in claymont delaware. The first time was a bad experience but I let it go. This second encounter is just downright unacceptible. I rented a truck out of fort myers and drove 24 hours. The next morning was a sunday and so I looked up their website to see if they were open and it said yes so I had my son follow me over. Upon arrival they were closed. I put the truck in the back lot away from everything else so that I could return in the morning to square up. I called them at 8:30am on monday and explained what happened. The owner started yelling at me for not leaving the key and that he was going to charge me for another day (it wasnt due back until monday). I told him he cant do that. He started screaming at me that he had to move things around and I was blocking his work. I told him I would be right over. On arrival he snatched the key out of my hand, got in the truck, proceeded to back in to another piece of equipment and push it backwards. He turned the truck around and put it back in the same spot as it was in! I waited for him to come back so to see if everything was OK. He again started screaming at me for missing the drop box. I apologized again. He still would not calm down. He was off the hook irate. When I got home he had charged me a $30.00 cleaning charge for the interior. I called him back to ask why and he said it was dirty and that was that. We cleaned the truck before its return. He didnt say a thing about that before I left. I did not take pictures of the Interior and so can prove otherwise. I paid about $1200.00 to rent this truck so to charge an extra $30.00 on top of this irate shop owner is just too much. I am no longer a fan of U-Haul and will avoid future rentals at all costs. I took pictures of the dropoff location, what a hole. It looks like a hoarder lives in this office. He also had his 2 kids playing in the office. A TRUE PROFESSIONAL!

pickup location loomed like junk yard. Dirty inside and out. two barefoot kids of the attendant playing in reception area with two large pitbulls on leashes outside. while dkgz were friendly i would never recommend this location to anyone again. Also the attendant said he flagged my account so i vould drop off my trailor at any location at my home at no addition cost. whe we attempted to dropoff at a location close to home they advised we had top lay an addjtion $69. had to drive another 50 miles to avkid the adfitional fee. terrible service
