This location over charged more then double of the mileage and charged me twice for being 20 minutes late. I called and explained 45 minutes early that I was stuck in traffic and they said ok and still over charged me..My bill should had been 183.73 and instead they charged me 240.80

This location is tucked away off the main road. It may be helpful to have signs along Walnut street to help people not familiar with this area and better advertise the business and services. Hopefully the local regulations allow that for you.

When scheduling for the pick up the U Haul Representative never told me that i was looking for Glacier. So I assumed that i was looking for Uhaul this caused me to ride around in circles so when i called uhaul back a young man was very starcastic while helping me to find the place overall the Glacier Business was very professional and understanding so i gove them a 10.

Bag of rotten trash was left in the back of the trailer. I was too far away to return the trailer for a new one and should have looked inside before pulling away. Trailer smelt like a rotten bag of trash.

The place was very hard to find, even using gps. Dropped it off on Friday at 3:30. I called for directions but got voice mail. Eventually found the place but there was no one there. Unhooked trailer and left it. Called and left a voice mail that I had left the trailer and to call me when they got the message but they never did.

The website showed me the u-haul pick up location as Carpenter road, Wilmington, DE but I was asked to come to above location once I went to carpenter station road. The person said he will change the drop off location to Blue Bell, PA but he never did and I had to drop it to Norristown, PA 19401 which is 7 miles from Blue Bell, PA. This lead to me driving more miles than allowed and I ended up paying more money than I could have. The person from 810 S Walnut St location was supposed to up the drop off location which he never did and also update the allowed mileage which is never did on the contract.

It is extremely frustrating that you can't reserve equipment at the location of your choice. We understand that concept that you can't reserve equipment that isn't on site... but when you are making reservations well in advance, why can't you select your desired location and U-Haul move the equipment there if it doesn't show up before the reservation?? We find it hard to believe that when the reservation is set in advance, you hold that exact equipment until the reservation. We can't believe you would forgo rental income that could happen between the time the reservation is made and the pick up. This is the third time in one year we have rented the same size trailer, and were given three different pick up locations -- one was 45 minutes away! We were able to move that one when it got closer to the reservation. This last rental was almost a bust. The email confirmation had the wrong time for pickup -- it listed noon. I called and reported that to be wrong -- I would be at work and not picking up until 5. They reported that they changed the time, no problem. We showed up at 5, and they were closed at 4:30. Luckily, we were able to call UHaul and get a new location for pick up (a third location).

Glacier Auto was as accommodating as they could be. My extreme displeasure with uhaul is the fact that what I requested was not what I was provided. I scheduled my rental on line and requested a 15' truck with a furnature dolly. the day before my scheduled pick up I received an email that my scheduled pick up location did not have a truck for me. The best the could do was send me into the next town over and all they had was a 26' truck. I only needed a 15' truck and did not want anything bigger because the town that I needed to move my daughter from had narrow and congested roads. More so my daughters apt complex had a single entrance and no room to k turn a big truck. The huge truck made this moving experience a nightmare negotiating all of the turns and getting the truck out of of apartment complex. It is a Miracle I had no accidents but I had several close calls throughout the day. Additionally the moving dolly that I requested was not available so I had to lift and carry. What is the purpose of scheduling a rental and entering into a contract if there is no guarantee the equipment I need will be available to me when I need it. So you ask what you can do to improve for the next customer. The answer is to have the equipment they requested available at the time and location they requested it. And if you don't have it, then go and get it. Inconveniencing the customer to make up for your poor planning is a very poor business model.

Poor service. The cable to connect to my blinker and brake lights was missing. Glacier hooked up the trailer to my car and had me to drive 3 miles through Wilmington to another UHAUL location to pick one up. Once attached, we learned one of the turn signals on the trailer was out. I was told "we only care about the brake lights working." Glacier offered to comp me $10 off the rental for the inconvenience. However, when I received the invoice, not only was the $10 off not applied, but I was charged for double my rental time. I have called 3 times now and have been told that my account would be refunded. It has been over a week since my first communication with Glacier and the reimbursement is still not posted to my account nor have I received any confirmation. I would not recommend Glacier for UHAUL rental.

This location is an auto body shop not a uhaul, so I rated it based on context. It's in an "industrial area" so it's not a typical location but the staff was VERY VERY pleasant and helpful. I was helped immediately upon pulling up and walking in.
