The equipment I rented was clean. Tie down straps were in good condition and the transport trailer had no damage. I picked up the trailer the night before I was going to start using it. when I loaded the truck on the trailer the next day one of the 4 tires was very low (20 psi) and and was low on tread. The other 3 tires were Low on tread. So I waited 90 min or so for someone to replace 2 tires. I was told to stop in Glendive MT to have the other 2 tires replaced. so I lost about a half a day due to tire probl3ms. Finally got all the tires replaced and had no more issues with the transport trailer. When I returned the trailer I asked for a days discount on the bill. The lady said she was having computer internet problems and was him hawming around. finally she asked if I wanted to use the card I had on file? I said yes. All of a sudden there was no more problems . It went through. I asked for a receipt and she said there is none. I asked to see the screen and she said it was gone. So I had to call my bank to find out how much I was charged. This is unheard of and outraigus. Also I can't seem to find a number (Customer Service) to call to complain about issues like this. Very poor service if you have a problem with your bill or a branchJohn D.

I was repeatedly charged for the haul. When I returned it came day. Was given a receipt that said 45.93 and was charged 4x. Also was not told about fees taken out that aren't on the receipt.MIKE M.

The location closed early so I could not drop off the truck to someone in person. Attempted to call many times over the next couple days and no one answered and no voicemail was available. I was told I receive a credit for returning the truck with 1/4 tank of gas but instead I was charged extra.Corey M.
