No signage or instructions. Confusing location. The app’s directions to find van were incorrect. Onsite personnel unfamiliar with app. Van was extremely dirty with pet hair, grime, and dust. Dropoff instructions similarly confusing and incorrect.

I was pressured to take the uhual with a very low pressured right back tire. I asked the attendant to fill it up or give me a different truck. He told me it was a faulty center and the truck was fine and just told me to take it. After loading the truck up with furniture, the back right tire was visibly very low and I was very concerned with the tire blowing. On top of everything I was charged a $25 cleaning fee. There was no garbage in the vehicle, so I have no idea why i was charged this fee.

The 24/7 smartphone pickup feature did not work, apparently because I ordered a 15’ truck (even though I was allowed to proceed booking the order with this feature). This was very inconvenient because I had planned on this feature working when scheduling my move. The system should be updated so to not advertise functionality that doesn’t exist.

I had to wait in line to pick up my U-Haul even though I ordered U-Haul 24/7 Share on my mobile phone ? I returned the U-Haul at 4:30pm and my receipt showed the I returned the U-Haul incorrectly at 8:09pm ?

Absolutely horrible experience. All computer systems were down when I arrived for pickup. Service rep was not computer literate nor was he solution oriented in trying to get the queue of customers into their trucks. Truck was dirty and didn't have much fuel in it. Afterwards had multiple issues getting in touch with Customer Service / Billing to resolve a dispute in fees. Will not be doing business with UHaul again.

I First called and to check availability on a 10’ truck and was told there was one available for the date and time I wanted. I ask the person on the person if I needed to reserve it and he I forma me that I didn’t need to as there were plenty on the lot. A few hours later when I’m physically at the location I was told there were no 10’ foot trucks available. After pleading a 10 foot truck “miraculously” was available. After taking the truck and checking reservation I was emailed it said it was only for 5 hours. I had to call and plead for it to change. The rep on the phone was nice enough to change it. The truck hAd no AC!!!

Customer service has been unresponsive for a few days now about certain fees I had questions about. I am not able to make the payment until I know what these fees are and I am now worried about late fees as no one has gotten back to me. If someone can contact me so we can get everything squared away it would be much appreciated.

THE OWNERS OF SHERMAN PARKING ARE CROOKS IT IS NOT A LEGITIMATE UHAUL SITE. NEVER GO TO THIS UHAUL THEY MISADVERTISE TRUCK SIZES AND GIVE YOU A DIFFERENT SMALLER SIZE INSTEAD. LOCATION I ORDERED A 14' FOOTER THREE WEEKS IN ADVANCE AND RECEVIED A 10" INSTEAD. THEY GAVE IT TO SOME GUY GOING TO DC (I was told by the attendant he paid them a $100) I HAD TO MAKE TWO ROUND TRIPS which cost me $80 more in mileage PLUS PAY MY MOVERS $200 EXTRA TO MAKE THE SECOND ROUND TRIP. I WAS GIVEN NO REFUND by this Sheister who said I didn't have to take the 10' -- he knew I had piad movers waiting and would not say no. Uhaul gave me $50, big deal. Uhaul please carry out an internal investigation on this guy he is not fit to use the Uhaul name. He runs an overpriced parking garage.

My truck was left on empty. When it was pulled up, the truck was on an incline showing more gas than what was actually in the tank. Very annoying.
