The staff was courteous and efficient
The place was run-down looking, but that is the nature of the locations main business. There was plenty of room to drive in and park the truck on the lot and the worker was very friendly, etc. I would recommend this location.
Communicate better and in a more timely manner changes in pickup times and locations. If we had not been able to be flexible at the last minute picking up 15 hours early and returning 24 hours earlier than planned would have created tremendous problems for us!
Everything went perfect. Could not have ask for a better person than Donnie to help us. Was my first experience with Uhaul but definitely won't be the last. Highly recommend Donnie
Nothing. In the past I was extremely disappointed with Uhaul service and equipment; I've had a tire blow and had to wait for over 8 hours for help to come fix it. Another move I've had to drive over an hour one way to pickup the truck I "reserved" locally but wasn't available when I reserved it. This time it was a great experience! Thank you!!
no one their to ck. me in. I called them back in order to get a receipt still have no got. could you please email me a receipt they did not open until 10 am.
I had a very rocky start to my rental as I was switched through three different locations and almost went to the second one but thankfully called before to find out they had no record of me. Although it was not pleasant to deal with they made it right and I am pleased.
This was where I was told we could save $65 and I was charged an extra $80. Pretty good way of doing business!
I dropped of the vehicle after hours. The parking lot is not lighted and could give the impression to some customers of not being very safe. It is not in a populated area and the installation of some type of security lighting it highly recommended.
gps navigating by clicking the provided link, took us 4 miles out of the way, to the tyson chicken processing plant. better identification of facility,missed the sigh on a pole. i must have missed express check in meant you did not need to see a person. i called ahead to make sure car carrier was ready for pickup. Donny was helpful to get us to the location, but had us come inside for paper work, then after it was all printed, said we did not need to do this
I was charged an extra $20.00 for the rental. I need credit for this charge. I was told the rental would be $29.95 per day. I was charged $39.95 per day. How do I get this credit? Candace Holder
Check the tire air pressure.. on my car hauler. I had a flat tire and it was very stressful... luckily.. all it needed was air.

i wanted a trailer to move a few items on a 140mile trip, and never pulled a trailer before, i spoke to the sales rep, and he set me up in quick, only ask a few questions and hooked up the trailer and got the lights working for me, trailer pulled good, couldn't really even tell it was back there. when i returned the trailer the same rep unhooked it for me and ask how my trip was. Very Quick labor , returning the trailer didn't take 5mins. Thanks Tim :)
I never rented a uhaul truck before, the rep. made it easy and fairly quick. truck was clean and ran great, easy to drive, I was about 45 mins late on returning the truck, I called the rep to let him know, and they said it was ok and no extra charges will occur. great experience, great equipment, if I ever need a rental again I will certainly stop by as a returning customer.
Dropped the truck off Saturday am after 1 day. Place was closed, so locked the truck and left the key in the 24-hour box. Following Tuesday, I got a bill for $62, saying truck was dropped off Monday (not Saturday), and I owe additional day's rental. Tried to both email and call to resolve, but no response from owner. Escalated to national customer service - hopefully they will resolve this overcharge.
WAS NOT OPEN ON TIME, TOOK 2 1/2 EXTRA HOURS TO GET STARTED ON OUR TRIP, PERSONNEL NOT TRAINED AT ALL, DID WHOLE RENTAL OVER PHONE WITH REP, NO PAPERS SIGNED,THEN WAS ASKED ABOUT INSURANCE AT END, $35.00

3rd location we were directed to for picking up the truck. owner was an hour late getting there.
My original reservation for an appliance dolly was not filled. One could not be found was the reason given. No walk around truck/trailer for damage inspection.
I spoke to the gentleman at this location the evening before pick up and told him we would be there at 11 the next morning to pick up. We got to the rental location and no one is there. We called the cell number on the door several times and he wouldn't answer. We had already driven 3 hours to pick up this trailer to move my son back into his apartment at college. Then we were told we would have to back track 30 miles to another location to get a trailer. We finally explained to the uhaul rep that the trailer was there. Could we please just give her the info over the phone and take that trailer so an hour later we finally had the trailer we were suppose to pick up at 11. Needless to say after leaving messages on this dealers voice mail, we still have not received a phone call from him.
