We ended up changing our drop off point due to the original drop off was over two hours away in Sebring FL. Not sure how that happened. We ended up returning it to Kling Towing & Recovery Inc II. We just showed up since it was closest to where we lived, not going thru the app etc. The young man there was so helpful and just made us feel o.k. that we dropped in with no notice. I highly recommend Kling and we will use them again if needed. Hats off Kling!
Travis HI rented a 26 ft truck and 6x12 trailer. When I picked up the truck it has 32 miles 'Left to Empty' on the gas gauge. And, the manager where I got the truck had picked up the truck that morning at another location and chose not to put any gas in it. So, I had to find a gas station where I could buy $150 in gas AND where I could get the truck and trailer in and out of the station. What's more, the pickup location only had 1 person to hook up the trailer to the truck which he could not do by himself. So, My wife and I (both in our 70's) had to help lift the trailer and put in on the truck. Another almost a disaster is that I had ordered 30 moving pads.... but the office where I got the truck had NO pads. That meant that my wife and I had to drive all over looking for pads. Lastly, when I dropped off the truck after hours, the APP kept giving me errors that it could not complete the dropoff. Not a good experience.
PAUL CEXCELLENT SERVICE AND AVAILIBILITY
CRAIG MDavid was very helpful since I had not pulled a trailer with my new vehicle. Had to buy an adapter and he let me know the type and where to buy it. Hooked the trailer up and it worked perfectly. 24 Mpg for a 160 mike trip. And he was busy with phone calls, customers and handled everything with ease. He need a raise.
