this particular u-Haul location the representative there cannot be trusted. The reason I say this is my first time experience I was billed incorrectly for mileage it was actually 14 and they charged me for 41. So I rented a second time and the same occurrence, they overcharged me on the mileage, and they billed me for an excessive amount of gas, so I've reported all of these occurrences and have been reimbursed both times so that's validation that this location is not trustworthy.

Norman W.1- the vehicle (pick up truck) was filthy 2- upon receiving my final bill I was over charged 27- miles at $.89 per. 3- call the store and demanded a refund or this overcharge (done) Horrible experience and why the variance not to my benefit (scam ??) 4- Be extra cautious with uhaul stores.
