Nothing needs to improve. I did not catch the name of the young lady that helped me. She was there Tues 10/2/18 when I picked up the truck and she checked me out when I returned on 10/3/18. She is an asset to your company. I have never dealt with such a kind and helpful person in customer service. She was absolutely amazing! Her customer service is beyond excellent and she the first reason I would recommend your business. You can get a good moving truck anywhere- but that type of kind and personal service is hared to find these days!

Location did not have appropriate vehicle size that I needed. Agent was not knowledgeable on adding collision and damage insurance to my contract. Customer service was not available, or able to assist with adding insurance to my contract.

It's really great that you want a survey about your independent owners, but you're not willing to accept a survey about your own mediocrity and embarrassment. While there was nothing particularly wrong with Castle or iStorage, there was everything wrong with Uhaul in this transaction. Uhaul was terrible!

The van had sticky stuff all over the console. Looked like someone had spilled a drink or something BUT I have a child so it happens... not a huge deal. The actual office was IMMACULATE. Very friendly staff. Very fast check in and out. I do not understand my billing. I rented the Van for 2 days. I picked up a few minutes past 9AM on Sat 7/21 and ask to return the van on 7/23. On the evening of 7/22 as I was headed back (from about 2.5 hours away) I was advised to turn around due to massive flooding. I called in a left a message saying that I would be a few hours late because of road blocks. When I arrived at the facility to return the van it was approx noon on the 7/23. So I was about 3 hours late. I ask if my message was received and I was told yes and I was extended at no additional charge. Upon receiving my invoice I noticed that I was charged at 80.00 per day for 3 days plus additional mileage. I was told I was extended for free for the extra 3 hours. I figured NOT going through flood waters was the better option but yet Im being charged for it. IF Im guarantee the "best rate" I would assume it would be @ 80.00 (with 75 miles inc) for TWO days. That would equal out as below.. 80 @ 2 days - $160.00 119 extra miles @.39 per mile - 46.41 Rental Tax - 23.21 Environmental fee - 3.00 Total - 232.62 as opposed to 312.62. It would seem to me that the safety of your customers and the wellness of the vehicle would be more important than getting the van back 3 hours earlier. Im pretty disappointed with the way it worked out under the circumstances and I probably wont use Uhaul again because of this...

We were supposed to have a 15' truck, picking up in Suitland, MD. UHaul made changes that took us further away from our Silver Spring location by almost 30 more miles AND increased the truck size to 26' the worst thing they did to me was charge me extra for the truck I did not order to begin with AND charged me a 2nd $5 environmental fee......WRONG! I'll be calling them to dispute these two extra charges

We were assigned to return our uhaul to a location that was no longer in service, call and was told to go to a new location got there and big sign on door no longer a uhaul dealer! Will not use uhaul ever again

Can you explain why there is a $30.00 maintenance fee in addition to the $4.50 per gallon of gas if the vehicle is returned less than when first rented? I can understand the $4.50 per gallon. This ensures the renter fuels the vehicle at the same level or above prior to returning the vehicle. I'm not understanding the $30.00 maintenance fee.

Brian was a super helpful person when I thought I had lost the key to the truck. It turns out I had packed the key. U-Haul gave me additional time to try and find the key and I did. Thankfully the great customer service helped me with the time to find the key. Thanks so much and I would HIGHLY recommend doing business at Castle self storage

Charged my card twice for the rental. Clerk was not any help st all. Told him the charge had gone through and he did it again. No furniture dolly even though it was reserved. Really poor customer service by the clerk who checked me out. Would have at least thought he could have offered to help me get the dolly in the truck. I just had a knee replacement and have an obvious limp but he just sat behind the counter. Extremely disappointed with this establishment. Still showing two charges on my card.
