Location gives good service. It's the only U-Haul I've seen that has no trailer dolly or ways to make their work easier. Also, the trailer had a broken electrical connection which didn't allow the flashers and indicators to work. I spliced a temporary fix when I got home. Trailer needs some maintenance.

U-haul’s website needs improvement from a user’s perspective. After providing all of our info, a week in advance, we still had to wait approximately 30 minutes for our truck due to a system issue. This was not the fault of the rental facility — they were great — however, it took numerous calls to the corporate office before anyone could provide the reason why our order had an issue. Also, the truck we were given was a bit long at the tooth. I own a truck and we are respectful of anything we rent — from whoever. Since we were renting the truck for a multi-day event, our assumption was that the facility desired to save the newer trucks for their residential customers. There were all these other trucks sitting on the lot that appeared to be in much better condition and we ended up with a dinosaur. Hopefully, our next experience will be better.??

The only reason I'm giving a fairly favorable review is because this pickup location helped me out when the rest of the UHaul system totally failed. I made a reservation 2 weeks in advance, and I was supposed to pick up a one way rental at a location near my house. The night before the rental, I was informed that the pickup location changed to a location 20 miles away. When I got to that location, they had a truck available, but it could not be used for a one way rental. Therefore, no truck. The representative at that location was completely unhelpful, and barely spoke English. Finally, the local field manager got on the phone and was able to direct me to a third location, which was WideTracs (The field manager was helpful, but it should not have gotten this far. UHaul should have had my truck available at the original location as promised.) The person at the third location was able to help me out and provide me with a one way rental. Overall, the entire experience was terrible, and I will never use UHaul again.

You could not charge my card twice. They asked how many miles I thought I would be using I told the location 40. I used under that and expected a small refund my card was initially charged 120.48 then once I returned there was an additional charge for 12.47. I called and was told I didn’t put the exact amount of gas back in I assured them I did. Was out on hold and when they came back they said I did and would not be charged. Then they proceed to tell me my card will now be charged 113.51, the final total of my rental?!!? When will my 132.95 be refunded??? I have tried calling customer service 3 times now and I sit on hold forever!! I’m currently on hold now and have been for 18 minutes. Can someone please take care of this and give me my money back
