Truck box was not swept out, floor had dirt on it, so we had to sweep it before we could load it. Sign in box said it should be swept and clean or $25 charge, someone missed reading the sign.
Daniel M.The guy was thorough and kept saying he was surprised that we were rented a vehicle with a cracked windshield and mirror and that ther fuel was so low. I was disappointed that I was charged for fuel when there was more miles left to empty than when I rented it. If there was additional mileage I can accept that, but overall not a positive experience.
