1st. Employees were unpleasant. 2nd. Trailer I rented was 6ftx12ft. JOWEVER the tailgate opening was on 5 1/2ft, 6INCHES TOO SMALL for the item I needed to move AND useless to me. Because the rate would have been the same for the 2hrs I had it AND the 24hrs I DID rent it for, the trailer SAT UNUSED in my driveway the whole time ... VERY DISSAPPOINTED... other trailer I saw at locations had the tailgate, the SAME SIZE as the trailer itself... why was this trailers tailgate smaller ... I HAVE PICTURES
