Clean glovebox of uHaul since there were items from a previous rental. Also, a general complaint of uHaul was that my auto transport reservation was cancelled 3 times and I was stuck driving my car all the way across country. Absolutely terrible customer service from uHaul!

It took 3:30 hours to rent my vehicles and it was dirty and low on fuel. Will not use this location again
Better communication.... we had to travel 2 times to get our auto trailer because no one told us you could ONLY pick it up with the vehicle it will be towed with. This took several hours away from packing. Very inconvenient.
There was no gas in the uhual it wasn't clean it took me over an hour to return the truck and I was charged for two extra days
Wait time after arriving at store a little slow. I was probably in line 15 minutes, which was advertised to be 1/2 the time I would otherwise spend, because I used online checkout. The guy in line in front of me was got verbally upset because he was renting a truck for business and "time is money".
The rental process with the phone check-in wouldn't work, and we spent 40 minutes trying to check in and completed the process 3 times. The phone system wouldn't approve us, even though we put in all of our information correctly, which was frustrating and put us off schedule. Eventually we got help from the U-Haul workers there, who were very helpful and made sure we got our rental.

Fix your nightmare remote sign-in. we had to give a phone number of someone who could identify us at 7am. WTF. we could have given you our Uncle Joe in the state pen's burner #. How could this possibly be helpful. what if we had no friends? It also takes forever, is redundant, we uploaded photo id night before, then had to do it a gain. same experience 3 months prior. no improvement. your IT dept needs to be fired. start over. UGH.

I'm really upset when I first started my journey to Sacramento and I paid 385.00 I believe but when I came back yesterday I had to pay 766.00 and instead giving me a discount the kept giving me extra miles when I was wronged in the first place I always use uhaul but I didn't like this experience at all I don't know how my rental and trailer go from 488.00 plus tax go to 766.00 I'm really confusted
I reserved a smaller truck but the website did not confirm. I ended up paying an additional rate for the larger size, which worked out just fine considering what i needed to move. The clerk was very helpful and the return went well. I will continue using this location as long as I need to and is convenient to Southport residence.
I had made reservations for a 15footer pick up in Woodland, California but the day before picking up the truck I was notified by text that I had to go all the way to west Sacramento, about 20 miles from my residence ...and uhaul customer service and scheduling were no help at all after several calls and staying on hold for 15 to 20 min. Each time. Extreme inconvenience to find a ride. Later At check in spot, I was told the truck fuel tank was 7/8 full but after I left I noticed it was only 3/4 full and at drop off in Monterey I was charged $20 more for fuel. The performance and safety of truck were a concern too. The wheel alignment was off and rear tires were almost bald. I reported this when dropping the truck off in Monterey, Calif. All in all a very bad experience.
When it is busy, as it was when I arrived, have one or more personnel working? I waited 15-20 minutes before I was tended to.
No staff were wearing face masks even though it is mandatory by the state. There was a huge line, 7+ people waiting. They were working fast and courteously though.
If someone say they don't need coverage, don't add it without their knowledge
I am not used to take charge women doing the heavy lifting. Tech support and pick-up / drop-off went flawlessly. Thank you.

Uhaul had made a huge mistake by allowing David Li to take my reservation under my profile. How can David Li able to book and take my reservation under my phone number. This is definitely confidential breaching by Uhaul personal and Uhaul Organization as a whole.
Not give a rental truck to new customer with no gas in the tank! I will never use your service again! Really upset at putting 60 dollars of gas in the truck and not getting a discount on final payment.. terrible!
The trailer was not available and promised time. Previous customer was completely inconsiderate and rude which I understand is not UHaul's fault but this drastically affected my task for the day and the purpose of having the trailer at promised time. The location needs to have more than one trailer available so customers are not overlapping rental times. This was a huge problem for us today and our allotted time. We are requesting a refund.
Fast in and out. Trailer worked fantastic. Lady was awesome.
